I Know, I Know… 3 Out of 5 Stars? Yes and here’s my personal experience…
I don’t eat Mcdonalds, haven’t in almost 2yrs. When I’m here it’s most likely going on a run for my family or the kiddos in my family.
Here’s the Cons (Yes I Have To Do This First):
Workers barely speak English, get really confused when your ordering, don’t seem to be much knowledgeable of the items they carry or menu. When you ask a question it’s like connect the dots because they turn around looking at the next 3 people seeking an answer. From one to another. Customer service is bad, worse from the vets that have been there for years. Food, well you know Mcdonalds food is hit or miss.
The Pros:
If you have a complain they huddle up as a team and come immediately to see what’s wrong, if they’re at fault they do fix it. We had issues with a McChicken, I phoned in and the manager fixed it as soon as I came in. Some employees can be nice if you speak Spanish and can make a joke #sad. I see it fairly clean (besides the drink station) as well as the bathrooms. The other customer’s don’t annoy me like the usual customers McDonald’s attracts.
It’s a Give or Take… Hit or Miss. I understand others frustrations with this one, but I haven’t had it that bad with them yet and hopefully I do not!

This place is a joke!!! They have employees that can’t count or speak English they can’t get an order correct if you paid them! I’d rather starve then go here it’s a waste of time and money!!! :(
