TOTALED MY CAR. Promised to cover full damages and provide me a rental now they wnt answer and my brand new 2015 genesis coupe is sitting at the body shop untouched while my über bill piles up. Hiring a lawyer never valet ur car with this company outside the clevendar in south beach

If I could give less that one star I would. One of the drivers stole my car charger for my phone… don’t ask me why but, it was done deliberately cause they took it out and closed up the door to the cigarette lighter and the plug was shut. I only left that portion in the car and it is hard to get out thats why I left it. I took the cord and it was a rental car so NOTHING else was left in car but that the little door was open and when I turned car over. When we got the car back the next morning the door was shut I went to plug phone in right away and it was gone. I told the driver he said he didnt know, but I could call management so I did on his phone they did nothing and assured me only 3 people were in my car and none of them would have done it! Well impossible cause they did. I think this is the only place on the street that you can valet with and if you are staying at any of the Hotels like we were that was the only option. So just a heads up BEWARE take all your valuables out of the car, even the $ 25 CHARGER you might have in there. This really made me mad since we were on vacation and driving a lot I needed that charger!
