This is the most inept, rude, poorly run at and t store in existence. The salesclerk Rachel Gonzalez went out of her way to be rude, and my problem was never addressed. Avoid this store at all costs!!!

Clerk was kind of rude and not very sociable. I was there to get an account setup and the guy didn’t seem that knowledgeable and was trying to upsell me on data. He also didn’t know too much about phones and didn’t know a thing about Blackberry. My worst experience setting up a cellphone so far.

So the guy working there was nice and did his best to help but… I had just lost my phone, was new to the city and unable to reach anyone I knew, and I needed a replacement phone. Not his fault and not the store’s fault but because it was a franchise or independent store and not a corporate one owned by AT& T, they couldn’t look up my account because it’s not a Miami number. WTF??? Are you kidding me? It’s a national company, it should allow its local stores to help its national customers. I’m now going to go the next 3 days without a phone because the nearest corporate store is in Aventura. Oh, and the phone selection was pretty limited also. 8 maybe 10 choices?
