I am so aggravated and pissed off from dealing with this staff. The staff doesn’t know what they are talking about and tell wrong things to their customers. My phone got stolen the other day so I went in to buy a temporary replacement phone. The girl at the desk convinced me to buy a certain model and told me that I could return it for a full refund within 7 days and if there is less than 60 minutes of talk. So, the next day I drove back an hour to the store. When I got there, they told me that I couldn’t return my phone because it was an upgrade. What kind of bs is that! Plus, the girl who told me that I could get a refund was sitting right there!!! I bet they will not even do anything about this. Horrible customer service!
