Disappointing. We had the chocolate almond croissant, good flavor but dry. I ordered the croque Monsieur and it was not a croque Monsieur. They should definitely put a description on the menu if they are going to call it this, as there is no ham and it is filled and topped with tomatoes. Service was good but overall I was not impressed.

Nice, small, café in surf side. We were staying on the beach in an expensive high rise and wanted something s bit more laid back. Nice food, good service, convenient.

Pass! Undercooked, boring, expensive omelette with bland, boiled-like hash brown potatoes, salad with unknown white dressing, bagel that must have been from lenders and coffee– gasp– with skim milk… no half and half. Really, keep walking… you’ll thank me.

Solid little independently owned café… Varied menu(breakfast and lunch items) and reasonably priced for the area. We were just passing through and it was conveniently located a couple of blocks from the Starbucks we stopped for.

We picked this place for the good reviews but I do not recommend it. I ordered an omelette and it was over cooked. The coffee was not good and the service was bad.

Wow, thanks Nicole, this small but delicious breakfast/brunch spot was an amusingly great experience, it’s small and they were a bit overwhelmed by the flux of customers but they were extremely courteous and the food was«OUTOFTHISWORLD»

After putting in an order to be delivered and waiting for 25 minutes, they called and had to cancel my order because of not having a delivery driver. Now, why in God’s name couldn’t they have done that immediately??? Will never order again from them!!!

I go there for lunch at least three times a week. I love how the food is cooked from scratch everyday. The chef is amazing! As authentic as it gets! You can’t find food any fresher! The staff is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for healthy and delicious food!

A group of 7 of us got to Café Vert in search of some brunch/lunch food this past Sunday, and we loved the food. This small family-owned café is a little slow on the service-side, but nothing that we hadn’t experienced elsewhere in Miami and couldn’t handle. We had 4 vegetarians in our group and were happy to have so many options! The ravioli with white sauce was the biggest hit, and we relished the bread that they provided for the table.

I’ve been going to Café Vert two to three times a week for a while now, so its about time I write this review! Absolutely love the breakfast specials they have, very filling and appetizing. The service is always great, lovely family that runs this place! They are currently renovating, can’t wait to see what its going to look like!

Good, fresh, well prepared food in a small French café. I had a grilled salmon salad and it was excellent. Family owned and operated. I highly recommend it.

I don’t usually write reviews but there is no way I can’t address what happened a few weeks ago. My husband and I ordered food to go. We were in a hurry and service was very slow but we waited anyway, hoping the food would be good. As soon as I opened my Tunisian sandwich I saw a long hair at one end of the sandwich! Although obviously this is gross, I thought«Ok, this happens sometimes. It’s a mistake.» I started eating my sandwich from the other end. Halfway through the sandwich I come across ANOTHERHAIR!!! This time a short one, looked like it came from someone’s beard!!! I threw out my sandwich, completely disgusted! Now I seriously wonder about the sanitation of the café. I will not be returning.

These are the shops I love finding. Family owned with lots of passion and uniqueness. Food was really good for how simple it is. It just starts with fresh quality ingredients. Cannot beat that combo. Had an ice coffee that was meh but I’m not a coffee drinker by any means. I have to mention, we came in on a Friday early lunch and they were completely full. We snuck in the back and got the last open table. The 2 ladies working the front were completely overwhelmed and the cook had to help. I could tell they were having a bad day and I was on vacation so I gave them a break. Wished I lived in the area.

Looking for a great locals spot for breakfast? Be sure to check out Café Vert. This tiny little hole in the wall, vegetarian, family run café will not disappoint! I’m not even vegetarian and looooove it! Today we tried the croque monsieur. Wow, with imitation crab and oozing with gruyère cheese it was so unexpected and tasty. Hubby had eggs sunny side up with perfectly cooked home fries and a little salad. Plus you can’t beat the price(with ridiculously price café Ragazzi and Bal Harbour nearby it was a nice surprise!). Café Vert Will definitely become a new fave in our resto arsenal!
