This place the most incredible sandwiches and soups! Not only are they top quality ingredients, but the price is awesome for the beach. I live an hour North and work on SoBe 4 days a week (13 hour shifts), and it get very expensive to eat. Crema is my favorite place to order from and I never get sick of their delicious food! You wont regret ordering from this place.

This review is on the latte and service as I didn’t eat food.
This is not what a latte is supposed to be like (look at the picture). Guy at the counter was a little rude as I scanned his menu, Although it was my turn, nobody can was behind me.
The latte tastes average. Not better or worse than Starbucks.

I never write a negative reviews but after speaking with 3 people on the phone trying to order food it’s ridiculous, I spoke with one woman who did not understand English at all and after 5 min she put me on the phone with a guy who was nice but I guess was in training so after repeating my order for the 5^th time they put me on the phone with another man who was extremely rude and had to say the order yet again after I told him I was on the phone for 15 min trying to order instead of apologizing he was so rude I used to love this place after wasting my entire lunch break just on ordering I really don’t see myself ever ordering from here again… Then they didn’t even send my food ??? DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE WORST SERVICE IN MIAMI

They serve very good Italian illy coffee! I come here everyday for my breakfast 3 days in roll. Very taste quality pastry, fresh baked croissants (as good as in France), and good selection of fresh presses juices. Highly recommend!

We read through the previous reviews saw the food was ok, service was poor. Since we were ordering delivery we weren’t too concerned… Until we experienced it ourselves.
We ordered a prosciutto sandwich online (Eat24) with a white baguette. Nothing out of the ordinary.
After 40 minute wait the sandwiches were delivered, but we received panini style sandwiches instead. We quickly called the café to let them know that it was prepared incorrectly. They were less than concerned about it and tried to make it sound as if the mistake was on our part, even though in the ordering process we specifically declined the panini option. He then blamed the Eat24 app. The manger later said all of the sandwiches come out like paninis. Perhaps they should add that to the name: prosciutto panini, not baguette sandwich, or at a minimum within the comments. No concern, accountability, or prospect of change. One sincere apology would have gone a long way, but seemed way out of his comfort zone. Poor business practice, easy way to lose future business.

NOT THE ‘CREMA’ OF SERVICE… The food is good, but not amazing or out of the ordinary. Just another sandwich /​salad place.
But the ATTITUDE! I ordered a chicken sandwich, which comes with swiss cheese. I asked to change it to Asiago and the cashier (who seems to be the owner or manager) gave me some serious ‘stinkeye’.
Then I ask to add avocado and red onions, again a dirty look. Finally I ask to add mustard and the response was ‘you want to add mustard to the chicken sandwich!!!’.
If you’re charging me for the extras, just be nice and respect how I want my food. I’m glad I don’t have to go there again.

Me: Hello, (not answer) 30 minutes to get my chicken sandwich, staff wasn’t friendly, bad attitude and slow service.

Nice looking place, very rustic European. However, the staff could be more friendly. The pastries was descent, could of have more variety. I expected much more! The
Manager and the waitress doesn’t say hello nor goodbye.

Slowest service ever. Foods fine though.
Staff seems like a bunch of honey badgers, just don’t give a s**t

Returned here to grab a «quick» bite in the middle of a busy day. Took 20 minutes to receive my «sandwich» that contained four slices of cucumber that you could read the paper through, one and a half olives, one slice of tomato and about 0.5 ounces of feta. I will go hungry instead of eating here next time

Arugula salad w/​o cheese was good, big portion. I don’t understand the waste and overuse of plastic and styrofoam. If you’re eating in, an actual plate would be appreciated. Moms omelette was good but again was served in a fast food manner which took away from the ambiance. Soy cortado was okay– super bubbly, coming from Vancouver Canada, I’m not familiar with Illy. Was hoping for more of an artisan barista vibe.

A great spot from coffee to sandwiches a variety of everything. This spot is great for those that love coffee like me. Everything is freshly made.

Un lugar bonito, cómodo, con comida MUY RICA (al menos mis elecciones de dos días lo fueron). El precio es bajo, bastante justo para el tamaño pequeño de las porciones.
Mi calificación es de 3 puesto que en las dos ocasiones que fui no vi a un solo empleado de ahí sonreír, casi todos con mala cara como si no les gustara su trabajo. En partícular, la mesera que está por las mañanas parece estar de mal humor (no se si sea introvertida, si no le guste su trabajo o que, pero no me hizo sentir cómodo en ningún momento). Por esta razón este fue el único lugar de Miami en el que no dejé propina.
Por otro lado, recomiendo muchísimo el café que sirven… es delicioso para empezar el día! Sobre todo si eran días lluviosos como me tocaron a mi.
Ojalá puedan mejorar su servicio porque es un lugar que debería tener mejor rating.

Adorable place right in the heart of South Beach. Owner Mike adorable as well. Cappuccino so cute and tasty and my Ginger Jack juice even more delicious..

Awesome breakfast for half the price of other Fru Fru breakfast spots. Non descript exterior but warm inviting interior. Variety from illy espresso and coffee to natural smoothies and right sized portion breakfast meals. Daily specials are fantastic. We had the salmon omelette which consisted of smoked salmon, capers and onions folded into egg whites with on side of multi grain toast and strawberry jam. We shared a Freshy Smoothie.
There’s not much outside seating and you have to collect your order if you do sit outside, but who cares. Definitely will be back on my next visit to SOBE!

This place is an average coffee shop.
We had a tiny chocolate croissant ($ 3.75) which was soft and not greasy. We also had a croissant sandwich ($ 6.99) that tasted like those from a street food cart.

Went with the Italian club. It was amazing. Not sure if it was because I was horribly hunger and in desperate need of food… But it was one of the best I’ve had. Gave my friend half the sandwich and he loved it too.

Housed in the bottom of the Westin, this new coffeeshop is a great little addition to the area.
I stopped by for lunch and went for the half sandwich and salad combo. I ordered the pastrami with gruyère cheese, mixed greens and mustard on ciabatta, along with the house salad with dressing on the side. In need of caffeine, I ordered a macchiato made with Illy. I was handed a number and opted to sit inside (there is more outside seating than inside) which is refreshing if it’s a nice day.
Within minutes, I was served my food. Even the half sandwich was cut in half and more than enough. The salad was also a decent portion, making this an ideal lunch for only $ 6.99! I love pastrami and would order it again (definitely have to be into mustard), but they have so many sandwiches that all sound delicious.
Crema also features a large breakfast menu, served until 2:00 pm, along with larger salads, crepes, and smoothies. Overall, it’s a super easy and convenient option for grab and go, or to have a quick meet up with coworkers or friends. The space itself is really cute and blends into the area quite nicely.
Pro tip: If you need to go to the restroom, you’ll have to exit the shop and head inside the hotel.

If there is one thing to take away from this review, it’s that you must try the chicken club sandwich. Absolutely outstanding and met all of my expectations.
They also have really good soups. I tried both the minestrone and mushroom and they were both delicious. Fantastic flavor and very fresh. It is obvious everything is made with fresh ingredients from scratch.
The ambience is cool and rustic. Great vibes with cozy tables to enjoy a quick lunch or cup of coffee (or both). It has a nice feel to it and a breath of fresh air for miracle mile. I truly hope this café will last and get the business it deserves.
I can’t wait to come back and try a new sandwich or one of the salads! See you soon, Crema.

Super Cappuccino der Wahnsinn und das beste in dem Laden ist das chicken clubsandwich für 10 $. Das Teil ist einfach nur lecker. Auch das Tunfischsandwich kann sich sehen lassen. Frappés werden hier wie in Griechenland gemacht, und nicht wie beim Starbucks die zuckerlülle .
Location cool und bequem. Viele Miamianer gehen da auch hin.

Super breakfast! Oatmeal with banana and honey is delicius. Will go there again. God price too!!! Orange juice is great
