Need to wait for a long time at 3 in the afternoon for only a sandwich. The waitress won’t smile at all.

Gets 4 stars for location. Overall 2 stars. The iced coffee is an absolute JOKE. However, my friend had a latte, which was tasty. Get the specialty drinks!!! The place was super cute. FYI, a chick making sandwiches, cut a piece of bread, put butter on it, bit into it, then smeared more butter on it with the same knife she used to butter everyones bread. GROSS. SOHAPPYWEONLYGOTDRINKS.

Walking by saw a large sign for iced macha latte and walked in to see one of their large tvs had it on the screen. I decided to get that and the manager gave me an angry look and said they don’t have it. I said it was on the screen but she insisted that didn’t matter. The cappuccino and latte we near average. Would have been a 3 star but with the poor attitude and lack of flagship product receives a 2.

Half of whatever you order from the menu will be bread. There was a little attitude from the register but that may be a language barrier. I speak English. The other staff was very nice. Price was good for location, spending $ 10 and being full. But like I said, it’s mostly bread.

Mediterranean halloumi was good, Americano was good, rugelach was fine(wife says I should only eat rugelach when someone dies, but whatever). Her orange smoothie was pretty good, and her cheese filo dough stick was good.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible place. Lacks service. Employees seem to hate life or hate working here. Ordering can take 45 for a fucking salad. Bye I’m never coming back. Give me my money back and I’ll leave.

This place is not bad. A few steps up from Starbucks, but the service is not all that great. Make sure you speak slowly and clearly. They messed up my order every other time(ate or had coffee there more than 10x). They get a lot of people, so they’re either tired or don’t care. It was a convenient location for me, so I kept going back. The food is definitely ok and the coffee is not bad.

)+) Great coffee. Far better than starbucks. Food and salads are worthwile. Fresh and tasty. Very good option for average budget. The terrace is really nice. Best coffee around, EXPRESSOISVERYGOOD. (-) They should improve customer service and find another way to call customers when orders are ready(they shout in the microphone. way too loud and disturbing when you enjoy the terrace

We ordered from this Aroma two days in a row while in SoBe! I make sure to hit up Aroma every time I’m in a city that has one– I loooove it after going to Aroma in Israel. Our ice aroma lights were very good and perfect for a hot Miami day, my power veggie juice tasted fresh and the ginger in it definitely added a refreshing zing. I did not like the ice chai latte, it was *almost* good but it had a baby powder aftertaste. The halva pastry, alfajor cookie, and chocolate almond croissants were so amazing, as was my burekas treat w/egg, feta and pickles. Service was nothing special, not great not bad, but that’s not really an issue in a to-go place.

Just landed from NYC and needed a latte. Long lines but not a long your order than wait for your name to be called over the speaker when its ready. Sit outside people watch while you wait. Pastries, breakfast sandwiches and plates, some salads and smoothies. kinda reminds me of a panera bread but better! Our sandwich was huge and fresh. My latte was awesome. Will Def be back for more coffee

ATTN: VEGAN Vegan omelette sandwich was good. If you are an espresso enthusiast, don’t get your hopes up– didn’t feel the passion from the baristas(bubbly foamy cortados?). Cashier got our order wrong and was careless, expediter was efficient and friendly and saved the day. Overall was an average experience.

Breakfast for two and we are STUFFED for under $ 40 in south beach. What more do you want?!? Also, the food comes out fast. If your looking for eggs and coffee, you can’t go wrong here. Still expensive for what you get, but you’re in south beach!

Get the Espresso with a shot of hazelnut. It is heavenly! I haven’t tried anything else here though. But the coffee is pretty good. Aroma is also located in several other states, as far as I am aware.

Aroma was a life saver for me while I was in Miami! With a city that stays awake so late you need your morning coffee! I got their house coffee twice, which was super good and kept me awake all day. Then… THEN…I got an ice coffee/frappé thing – Heaven in a cup! If you are looking for a cold afternoon/morning pick me up this is the place! They also give you a free piece of chocolate when you get the house coffee so that’s a plus! Hehe

Waste of a beautiful space! You can’t miss this place. Amazingly situated on Collins right next to the big hotels and just across from Lincoln. Just the spot for the ultimate coffee and sandwich place… except…it just sucks. Thought I’d walk in for a simple breakfast since my hotel was next door. Looked pretty popular, and has a lot fo great outdoor seating. Baked goods in the case looked tired, old, and not well done or very fresh. I looked over the menu and opted for the Bureka sandwich since it was getting late and I was hungry. Sounded good, a pastry bread with tomatoes, pickles, tahini, feta, and eggs. Based on a Bulgarian banitsa. Sandwich was sloppy, thrown together, and messy. They don’t give utensils you have to ask for them which I don’t appreciate. At least have them out for customers to get themselves. Service was crap. Cashier had a rather ho hum attitude, and the staff seemed really unhappy, stressed, and not welcoming. Very disappointing. At least smile, and try to offer good service even if you’re having a bad day. I could understand this place being average and a decent coffee place on a regular street in Miami Beach. However, located in the primo section of South Beach, next to luxury hotels, you had better have your game face on and your attitude in check even if you’re selling bottled water. No excuses accepted. I cannot recommend this place and would actually suggest you avoid it. Sad to say that because this could be a really special spot and a go to place for hotel guests and local business people.

A place I go to frequently every time I am in south beach. Healthy and fresh sandwiches, freshly squeezed juices, healthy salads, and good coffee. This location is facing a busy spot on Collins. So it is very entertaining to sit on their patio and watch people do their south beach thing. Close to many hotels, so convenient for visitors.

Glitzy Collins avenue offers this Israeli coffee shop chain with a large terrace under palms, good coffee and pastries and healthy foods at an affordable price. For $ 5 i scored a clean Americano, from a choice of medium to dark, a date pastry wrapped in rich buttery dough, reminiscent of my Eastern European families baking, and a complimentary chocolate. «Is that a good one?» I asked the cashier. «Yeah that’s one of my favorites. I made it.» She smiled. «Everything comes from Isreali.» she informed. The sandwiches are served on house made bread and can be ordered in a personal or large size. The salads look fresh and healthy. The crowd — the typical and expected touristy Euro.

I give the place three stars –due to poor service. The food was great! 5⁄5 Had the almond chocolate croissant, chocolate croissant, bagel, lattes, and a to-go breakfast. Service: When I picked up my food, a croissant was missing, it was handed to me in a non-pleasant way. On my way out I ordered many drinks and food items to go for my family, who remained at hotel. I asked for cream to go, not my coffee, so wasn’t sure how much cream each person wanted. They didn’t have to go creams. I asked for cup to take some, they handed me the smallest cup possible –think expresso shot, I asked for a second one, since I purchased many coffees, it was handed to me with attitude. I then asked for tops for these coffees(hello! It’s to go!), and they signaled me over to a table. They pretty much acted as if I am supposed to know these things. They had zero desire to be there, based on their poor attitude. At one point, I asked to take some of the left over breakfast my daughter didn’t eat, and they pretty much put it inside a brown bag, and threw it on the counter. I spent a bit over $ 70 on breakfast, you would think service would be better.

I really loved this place while I was on vocation in Miami. The coffee was great, the pastries and baked goods were fresh, and the breakfast croissant was excellent. I came here twice. The first time I ordered the Turkish coffee and the dulce de leche cookie. The coffee came with a little milk chocolate on the side(so yummy), and the cookie was so fresh — it melted in my mouth. The second time I came, was for breakfast. I decided to get the egg and cheese croissant and the Turkish coffee again, since I loved it the first time. The croissant was really really good! I asked for it to be toasted(not sure if it normally is). It was so delicious, I was debating ordering a second one!

I came here twice for breakfast and was pleased every time. Their hearty breakfast plate $ 12 is a steal especially if you order their freshly pressed juice for an additional $ 2. It will easily keep you full if you manage to finish the plate like I did. I also love their coffee. The cortadito was very good as well as their mocha coffee. They do have a lot seating which was nice considering I was with a large group.
