Whenever I visit Miami Beach I stop here. It’s always been busy no matter what time or what time of yearI arrive. The staff is fast and keeps the line moving but it gets very cramped by all the tourist just standing around blocking the entrances and exits. I take back everything positive I said. The cashier they have there are incompetent robots. They don’t know how to deal with loyal Starbucks gold rewards members who get individualized special offers via email and the app. They are used to dealing with drone tourists who only pay in cash.

I go to Starbucks every day and visit many locations all over the country. With that being said, this was hands down the WORST Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Not only some of the most horrendous customer service I’ve seen but also employees showing complete disregard for company standards. You could tell they didn’t care at all about you as a customer or about their jobs. After finally walking the register partner step by step through how to write the cup for a basic drink, I then got to watch the bar partner in action. He proceeded to make the next 4 drinks all incorrectly, failing to follow the standard recipes and the basic beverage build for all of them. My order was of course made wrong too and, when I asked for it to be remade, even the supervisor that came over to assist didn’t make it right. No apology for me and no coaching for her bar partner after telling her that he wasn’t making drinks correctly. Huge fail Starbucks. I would never return to this location.

Typical Starbucks. This was my go-to spot while I was on Ocean Drive. Gets a little packed but that’s ok. Spot is right off the beach which was convenient.

Worst Starbucks ever. Arrived at 10:35 am and they said they were temporarily closed due to capacity. Waited on line for 10 minutes outside when another employee came out to say it would be at least 30 minutes as they were out of many products due to the snowstorm. Seriously? It’s Miami Beach! Get with it Starbucks!

Typical Starbucks. However it has a huge advantage when it comes to the location and view. With mainly outdoor seating(spacious), expect a core of ocean drive, the park, as well as the beach. Add to that the south beach weather. Hmmmmm life is good :) Not a good place to work. But excellent to relax, a quick break from swimming or jogging.

I wish I could’ve given this location no stars. The«lady» making our drinks was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was just tossing drinks down at people and had an overall horrendous attitude. My drink was pretty horrible and I know she forgot the milk because I’ve had the same drink for the past five years. When I went back she tried to argue with me and said I was wrong, after going back and forth while trying to be polite while she treated me like shit she decided to basically throw milk in my drink and call it a day. Thanks a lot Jabba the Hut, I still won’t let your nasty horrible attitude ruin my day

Just another Starbucks. Great for a refreshment after a day or walk at the beach. Toilets are clean and the staff is friendly. There is less indoor sitting space. But you can sit outdoors.

Worst Starbucks ever. Rude, almost always get my order wrong and they think an iced coffee with milk is the same thing as slightly tan milk and ice. Avoid!!! There are many other cafes and as much as I love Starbucks because they are consistent, this one is awful.

Horrible service and incredible they don’t let the customers use the restrooms. Really don’t understand the attitude and the their decicion to close the restrooms to the public

A venti sized Iced Americano costs $ 3.7 here, which I always paid $ 2.95 anywhere else. Don’t know if it’s because of their prime location or this was simply a wrong charge. Over priced with long waiting line.

Its a starbucks. Service a little slow but in a prime location. Appears to be more expensive than most other Starbucks we visited.

Jamie the cashier was extremely rude. Service is slow. Lazy employees closing off the bathroom just because they dont want to clean it. When customers go to try and use it, they yell at the customer and say«hey bathroom is closed, can’t you see we blocked it» beyond rude! Employees friends came in and were allowed to use the restroom. When a customer asks why they are using it, Jamie said they work there… uncalled for.

Nice store for coffee. But just a little slower customer service. But taste is still the same.

Awesome ‘bucks location. Right on the beach! inside is clean and well stocked. I have been here several times this week. Staff is always cheerful and helpful, a Miami rarity. If only they had WiFi!

This starbucks has the friendliest staff. It was efficient service. Bought a Miami mug from here. The area is great. Right by the beach. I loved sitting out on the patio with my coffee in the morning and feeling the cool ocean breeze!

For five days last month, this became my Starbucks away from my usual Starbuckses. It’s RIGHT on the beach, so it’s a high traffic location. It’s a little dirty, and the employees aren’t exactly friendly, but if I worked there I would hate everyone so I almost can’t fault them for it. If I lived in Miami, I don’t think I’d come to this location. long lines, weird tourists, all things I’d avoid at home. It definitely beat spending $ 9 on my triple grande two pump vanilla soy latte at 135 in the lobby of the Loews, tho!

Decent digs. Got our drinks right and not slow at all. Though I must say, as «barista» is currently my job-description I feel like the staff here could have done better. Maybe I would be just as grouchy if I worked at this branch.
