Elizabeth is a brilliant trigger point therapist and has delivered more pain relief than any PT, chiropractor or anesthesiologist. Not only is Elizabeth excellent at diagnosing muscle spasms that cause referred pain, she also teaches stretching techniques and ways to avoid injury in the future.
I’ve been managing the symptoms of cervical dystonia for 12 years now and I don’t know how I could’ve done it without Elizabeth!

Elizabeth’s massages are just wonderful! They are very relaxing, but she also really addresses any issues you are having and does a great job getting rid of muscle pain and tightness. I wouldn’t get a massage from anyone else, I highly recommend her. She works at Massage by Design on Miami Beach and also does house calls.

Lying here in the most relaxed state of mind and being, with any trace of sore and achy muscles utterly vanished, and feeling like I’m floating on a cloud, I thought it important to share this feeling with you and let you know how you can get it, too. Because we do deserve it.
A few months ago, my boyfriend, dealing with a lot of stress, had a professional massage therapist, Elizabeth White, come to the house. He’d found her through a promo she was offering over the holiday season. She was so effective in helping him that she now comes regularly and I’ve been grateful to also get many massages with her.
Elizabeth is a professional massage therapist with solid experience in deep therapeutic massage; she addresses everything from headaches to neck and lower back and even TMJ (relating to jaw tightness and teeth clenching – for those of us that are really stressed), and is also trained in Reiki healing. It is not just her experience and training that makes her great but it’s her wonderful personality and intuitive ability to work through the worst of your knots and aching muscles. Plus she truly puts a lot of love and attention into working with you.
The best part is that she comes to your home. Her rates are really good considering that rates in some good spas – to where you have to drive – are higher. (And after going to some of those spas, I still think she is the best). Being able to get a massage at home eliminates the stress of having to climb back in your car and drive – with those crazy Miami drivers, no less! – back home. You simply get off the massage table feeling like a dream and you can just coast over to your couch or into bed and hang on to that awesome feeling you get after a good massage.
Every time Elizabeth comes over, we know we can expect an amazing massage. Seriously, I slide off the table afterwards like a spoonful of Jell-​O. She really listens to you and addresses any of your problems and, even if you don’t have any particular problem areas of which you’re aware (you may just want a massage to be pampered), she somehow intuitively finds them and works through them for you. She takes her time to make sure you’re happy and she never fails to do so.
