Espanola Way Suites

Still no major complaints, but this place hasn’t changed from 3 stars. We stayed in 307 this time around. The room was neat,
but I wouldn’t say it was sparkling clean. Upon arrival we noticed the inside of the microwave was not cleaned. There were crumbs and a paper towel left in it. We also noticed that the lamp on the night stand in the bedroom didn’t work. The doors throughout the place are very loud. You can tell that people from neighboring rooms are coming or going at all hours of the night as they slam their doors shut. Last time we stayed on the Espanola Way side, but this time we stayed on the Drexel side. Very quiet at night, for those that don’t plan to party until 5AM.
All in all this place is like staying at a friend’s apartment while you’re visiting. You can’t beat the space or location. They charge $ 30 if you want to have your room cleaned while you stay there, and a mandatory $ 50 for the cleaning departure… Yet the shower floor still required one to wear flip flops while bathing… Unless it’s a last resort, I don’t think I’ll book another room here anytime soon.

Stayed at Espanola Way Suites for five nights and had a wonderful experience! The reservation process was very simple and all of my questions were answered promptly. The suites were very clean and spacious, and most importantly, were just a few blocks away from the beach! We were even able to have an extended check-​out time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Couldn’t say enough great things about Espanola Way Suites.
I was looking for a quick getaway from the DC area to escape the cold weather and happened to find an incredible great deal on flight. I ended up visiting during the WMC and this place, by far, had the best deal.
We booked our five day excursion and about two weeks prior, we received a confirmation containing all of the information we needed; building and room codes, wifi information, general dos and don’ts, and contact information.
We arrived with no issues. Its located right in the heart of south beach and along Espanola Way. Its a cute, safe area, filled with plenty of restaurants and little boutiques.
We stayed in suite 301 and its was amazing. Super roomy and clean. What more could someone ask for? Our suite faced Espanola Way and I’ll say, we could definitely hear the night conversations, music and laughter but it didn’t bother me. I can sleep through a lot of noise but in case you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.
We opted out of the daily cleaning just to save on costs, and it worked out great. We’re clean ladies so we brought along dish washing liquid and a sponge to clean dishes since these items were not listed on the inventory list and we wanted to be prepared.
When I visit Miami again, this will be the place I plan to stay. I loved everything about my stay.

What a pleasant way to enjoy South Beach! The photos are right on to this newly remodeled apartment style stay. Conveniently located in a great part of the strip. You are steps away from all you need. There are laundry facilities on each floor and my balcony was a welcome surprise. As a single traveler I felt safe on this very busy street. The suites are all equipped with appliances, dishes, coffee maker. There is plenty of closet and shelving space and the bathroom was fabulous! No bathtub but a full sized open design shower. The stone floors keep you cool and the Central A/​C was super efficient. Consider Espanola Way Suites on your next visit!
