We were in Miami for a conference last week and I had forgotten to pack my cross trainers. The clerk offered his assistance immediately. I purchased a pair of Asics, he recommended some socks to go with, and we were out the door.

I walked in, an employee talked to me for about 10 seconds, and walked away from me in the middle of me asking a question because someone else asked for a shoe. Clearly I walked right out of there. Rude rude rude.

Yes, it’s a chain, and yes, it’s right on Washington, but I have always received extremely friendly, prompt and courteous service here. I don’t know how they manage to attract and retain such great professionals, but they do!
