I make an appointment in advance to get my taxes reviewed by one of their tax «professionals» and the «professional» was not even there and after waiting and waiting. I just decided to leave. The «professional» was never called to figure out how late he will be and they never addressed my presence.

We went here to have our taxes done. We had a complicate case because we moved to Miami from Atlanta and had 2 states to do, as well as owning property in another state, having stock stuff and all kinds of other annoying complications. The service we got there was very friendly and the guy who assisted us was very patient with all our paperwork and mess. We definitely had peace of mind getting our taxes done here.
