Waited 30 minutes to do a paper contract bc they had no internet. Not a modern location… Go 3 blocks to the fountenblau.

This is by far the smoothest rental we have had. Believe me we have had hundreds. This was like a fact food, in and out. Car was brought up and we were gone in a matter of 10 to 15 minutes. The attendant was very friendly, had a smile on her face.
The car (Toyota Camry) was full of gas and clean. They brought the car up in front of the hotel. I could see how this may present a delay at times, but for us it did not. The hotel attendants helped us put our luggage in the car. They deserve a 5 star because from past experiences this has been the quickest and smoothest in and out, turn in, rental we have ever had.
This is in the Eden Roc Hotel.

Worst car rental experience! This Hertz is located at the Eden Roc Renaissance. Waited 1 hr while 3 different people dealt with various issues they had. Only 1 clueless person was working there. We booked a luxury car and we were given an Altima. The car came with ½ tank of gas and was dirty on the inside and out. We only rented it for a day and wanted to get the hell out of there after waiting for over an hour. It looked like the car hadn’t been washed in months. Dust/​dirt was all around the outside and floormats. The car smelled and felt gross. There were dead bugs on the windshield and hood.
Do not rent from here! Next time we’re going to go to the Airport location!

Location: Across from Lowes’ resort. In the lobby of a very small hotel. The traffic on the road can get a little crazy so getting in and out wasn’t fun.
Watch out for: The electronic tolls in the area, I’m not sure how they work but in the end we missed on the process and the Hertz sent me a bill for $ 230+ in fees just for the toll road fees. The charge us $ 3.50 + $ 25 for each $ 0.75 toll they had to pay for us so by hurrying out the door and not understanding the ‘new’ electronic tolls my $ 100 rental is going to cost me a lot of headache trying to figure out how a couple of dollars in tolls is going to cost me $ 200+
