I was super sad. Today is new year eve. I drink Starbucks every single day. I order the green tea frappuccino as normal day. The girl who work in Eden Roc named Melissa charge me for $ 0.75 for extra powder. I was suprised. It is my first time heard that！And feel it was really not nice！And not notice me for that extra fee.

If you’re staying in this hotel, I strongly advice you to refrain from going to this Starbucks.
Aside from the fact that the prices are just more expensive than regular, the staff is slow, lazy and rude! Seriously, I’ve gone here on several different occasions and it never fails.
Also they always seem to be out of the pastries that are on display… And of course you can’t have the ones on display because I’m assuming they’re old? Or perhaps it will ruin their misleading display of pastries they do not sell.
If you’re really needing your Starbucks fix, I recommend you to take a stroll to one of the 3 other Starbucks on Lincoln road.

Can’t go wrong with a starbucks inside a hotel, however the prices are mega high for some reason. I think the prices actually woke me up and I no longer needed caffeine.

It would seem to Starbucks is Starbucks but this one is realky special. It has a great service, very nice and friendly atmosphere and very convenient location. The staff is vrry fast and friendly. This location is also great to meet new people and friends. I love it and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

They didn’t have my yogurt parfait, the one thing I came here for lunch. I walked a mile from my hotel so that was disappointing. But what really tipped me over the edge is the fact that the man at the register failed to say, «you’re welcome» when I said thank you. So I said it louder a second time which got his attention.
Also, my friend and I who are vacationing here were looked up and down more than once by the snooty business women here, which is no fault of Starbucks but it did add negatively to the experience.
My java chip frap was ok, a bit too sweet for my taste but I thought I’d try something new.

Have been forced to come here the past few days due to proximity. The staff is pretty rude with an exception of one or two of them. Was told I couldn’t have the last blueberry muffin because it was for display. That was a first.

There’s small medium and large in the united states .if I say medium do not correct me. give me a medium. besides you’re coffee names are all wrong. you use the old world names and rename them as your
cappuccino was a latte. my macchiato was a latte. really? You should only be selling lattes.

It’s not that it’s slow, it’s season. Until April this place will be racked up with tourist and your regular overworked employee. Seasonal offerings are worth the line.

If you’re staying in one of the hotels on this end of Collins and need a Starbucks fix this is the place to pop in. Tucked away just to the left of the main lobby, with fast service and slightly-​elevated prices reflective of its independently operated status. Not much bar seating available but the Eden Roc lobby is at your disposal and makes up for that.

This Starbucks says its «not owned by Starbucks but by the hotel» what this means is that rewards don’t work hear and nether do special promotions if you want my advice go a little out of the way and get some Starbucks from one of the three Starbucks on Lincoln road

Honestly, I know its hard to differentiate starbucks — but this spot inside the EDEN ROC hotel, was THE BEST STRONGEST BLACKEST AMAZNEESSSS iCE Coffee i’ve ever had !!!
This spot did something right !! and I had it on 2 different days, still the same solid strength!!!
The staff here, S/​O Evelynn — super friendly and warm !!
Great to grab a drink while you are waiting to check in or for the valet!
Altho — it may just be bc im from michigan, normally my Large ice coffee is $ 3.13, here in MiA it was $ 4.09 … just sayin’

Decent location, easy to find, and most importantly, it’s your standard Starbucks.
The staff were friendly and the coffee strong, just the way I like it.
Very pleased with my visit (s) here.
