A few weeks ago, after getting the worst haircut of my life, I stumbled upon the sign in front of Ricky NYC and ask for a consultation on how to fix that mess. I was impressed by Mauricio, I booked an appointment for today and I got out of the salon very happy.
My hair is fine and stressed by the sun and humidity, so I need a need a cut with structure, not just a mindless snip. I am very glad to report that I got that, along with perfect highlights. Mauricio and his partner Christian moved from New York to open this salon and they are both excellent (I saw Christian’s work on somebody else), Mauricio taught cosmetology for a while, but was missing doing hair,
A really pleasant surprise! Not to mention that prices are very good.
