She’s accessible by phone and/​or email and does her level best to get back to you promptly and always with a smile. She’s extremely well-​versed in the ‘how to’s’ of being a notary and can answer any and all questions — no matter how detailed or ridiculous. And, above all these things, she’s just a genuinely nice person. That goes a long way.
I had to use her services multiple times over an extended period and each time I called upon her, she was quick to answer and eager to help.
