Subway

This has to be the worst customer service i have had in my life. I was the only one in line took 5 minutes to get served. The old bat put my chicken and cheese on ready to be toasted. Then another customer came so she started serving him, he wanted flat bread this was another 5 minutes while she looked for the flat bread. While my sub sat there getting stale, she started putting his meat on. Finally she finished his and put both of our subs in the toaster. Why not toast mine while making his?! This lady was clearly fried maybe she suffered from permanent heat stroke or has been eating too many Xanax. Maybe she just needs a root… but whos hitting that. Subs were toasted she then proceeded to put my salad on, i waited to pay as i thought she had finished. But no we werent done… she started to add salad to the other guys sub which took another 5mins. Thanks for my cold 25mins sub! fast food at its finest served by a brain dead ol bat.

My granddaughter and I went (june 6) to the washington st subway (miami beach) When we got in I witness one of the employees which is an older Caucasian chatting and laughing with a white couple coming out of the door. When I got to the front counter, the first thing she asked me is «what do you want?» and I said «excuse me?» She said «what do you want» and I said «food» and I said «ma’am I was just speaking to you asking you how was your day and you asked me what do I want.» I told the owner that as long as that lady is working there I will never visit that store again and didn’t even care to ask why.

Cero stars for this dirty location. I ordered italian noodle soup, brocolli soup and a drink, sorry no broccolli… Hummm ok! Then when I was going to serve myself my drink, tea dispenser was empty, I asked the lady Rosa, please to reinburse me my drink money cause I don’t drink soda just tea, she said sorry, I can’t give you your money back because you should have let me know that you didn’t want a soda…
R u kidding me Subway???
Only Coca Cola and Rootbeer available!!! The rest of drinks out of order in a 24 hour restaurant…

What a crap hole! Went in for a large coke. Attempted to use the bathroom first and they drilled me about customers only. Like dang can’t a guy get a coke and a piss and go about his evening. Bathroom was dirty anyways.

Mayo soup!
the service here has dropped so sharply recently and I don’t expect a lot from this Subway to begin with. There’s been a staff change or something. It used to be a pleasant, easy in and out experience when you have a short lunch break, but now it’s just a hassle. Stood in line for almost 5 minutes while 3 staff members chatted between themselves without even acknowledging a money spending patron was there waiting… when I say line, I mean I was the only one there (during lunch a sure sign something is wrong) Ordered a foot long subway club on wheat (was barked at… What size?) I answered, More barking (what kind of bread?) They don’t listen at all… was asked 3 times what kind of cheese. I asked for a little bit of mayo and a tiny bit of mustard. I paid and left (I should watch more closely next time) What I got was a bologna sandwich on white bread and it was drenched in mayo… and they got the cheese wrong too (3 times they asked what kind of cheese)… at this point lunch break over, there’s no point in returning for fear I’ll be barked at more and be told its my fault for not watching them more closely, but maybe management will read yet another bad review of this dump and think it’s time to do something… like hire people who actually work.

I went here last Friday for lunch since I usually love Subway. This was such an scary and unpleasant experience. First, the ladies that work there were screaming so loudly at each other, the customers, etc like crazy people while seemingly spit was flying out of their mouth in the food they were prepping. An old lady who was eating was mocked by the ladies working there while everyone in the restaurant watched. Also, another person who ordered sauce on their sandwich, the watery sauce sprayed all over the lady prepping it. He asked for another sandwich. I didn’t order any sauce after I saw this. I was super frightened and will never ever come back. Also this Subway was super dirty.

These have to be the rudest people i have ever encountered in the Fast Food business. Miami Beach is not known for polite service. However this place takes the cake on out right attitude. EVERYONE including the Manager needs some Customer Service training. I dont care if at one point someone was rude to you. You start «fresh» with the next customer. I was very tempted to leave my food at the register without paying.

I had a fine experience at this subway. You can’t beat their $ 5 value lunch meals. The guys were pleasant enough. They were out of regular size lids for sodas and they gladly got us more. The dude was find with me asking him to put on new gloves because of my onion allergy (he had just put onions on the sub before mine). The place wasn’t spotless but it wasn’t dirty either. It was VERY busy — and I felt they did a good job for their volume and price point. Thanks!

hey guy with no manners making my sub, i dont know if you own this subway or not but come on bro. were you raised by wolves? i know you guys have a toaster but you toast subs to order. why didnt you ask me if i wanted mine toasted before you put my sub in the toaster? no i dont want my bmt toasted. thanks for asking! did you get mad at me when i said this to you? oh im sorry, i was just trying to be sarcastic in hopes you notice your service is crappy. and then you go to the veggies section where you show your anger at me by adding a third of the ingredients one usually gets at other subways? youre one in a million broski.
thank god the cashier who was very nice and helpful. the two stars i gave this review belong to her. she fixed my sub by adding more veggies cause you did a terrible job at it.

Gross! Like the other two Unilocalers, I work across the street, so if I’ve forgotten my lunch, it’s the path of least resistance. I always get a Veggie Delight $ 5 footlong, no cheese, and I always end up with a stomach ache. I am convinced it’s the bread.
After yesterday’s experience, I will go hungry before eating there again! There was one guy in line in front of me and it still took 30 minutes. The old dude had a really nasty long eye booger hanging out of his right eye. Should have just left but my bread was already toasted and awaiting the veggies at that point.
And let’s talk about those veggies. Knowing that it was a VEGGIE delight, the guy (not the old one, he gave up at that point) put on the most miniscule portions of veggies. I was hungry again within an hour after eating.

A subway in Miami south beach is more for a takeout sandwich rather than dine in, its a shame there is not many seating area with air conditioning, great service and free refills thats needed for the soaring temperatures.
Good quality food and fresh and a healthy choice at that which is a perfect light snack during the day without eating to heavily, there are specails for each day for a specail deal. Footlong please nothing less.

I wondered why my boyfriend wouldn’t ever go to this Subway, and instead cycles to the one on Alton and 13^th. Then I got a job on the same block. I try not to give a bad review on one visit. I believe in consistency. This place is a consistent disaster, and I feel like a captive audience choosing between unhealthy and unsanitary.
Stale bread. Wilted spinach. Dirty tables. Questionable bathroom.
The old guy is an ass. I don’t even feel bad about saying it. He won’t understand half of what your saying, and then looks at you like he’s the one being inconvenienced when you finally do get it through his geriatric skull that you aren’t asking for whatever it is he assumed you were asking for. Seeing as he’s a damn dinosaur, he’s also slow. I’m not kidding when I say that this guy lives in infamy among my co-​workers. I’ve seen the ladies curse at each other behind the counter, and ridicule the customers. They don’t honor any of the Subway specials advertised elsewhere. Their prices are higher than any of the other Subways. There are a few decent staff members there, but I only eat at this place ’cause Au Bön Pain closes early, and everything else in the area is unhealthy.
I love Subway’s, for it’s cheap, healthy options served quickly. This one is one to avoid…

Yuck!!!
I was so disappointed, because I am a Subway lover. I work across the street and I had forgotten my lunch at home. I went during lunch time which was a HUGE MISTAKE. There were 5 people in front of me and 3 people making sandwich’s. Why I spent my entire 30 min break waiting in line is beyond me. Finally, I start ordering and the lady is NOT WEARING GLOVES. Thank goodness another employee with GLOVES ON started making my sandwich. To be honest the people who work there looked so dirty, it was kind of gross. Their hair was all over the place and they just didn’t look well groomed at all. Finally my sandwich was done and they didn’t have any Broccoli cheese soup.
It was bad from start to finish, I ended up having to go back into work and I didn’t even eat the sandwich. For some reason I’m ok with that lol.
OOOOO and NEVER AGAIN will I go to that Subway.
