If I could give no stars for this company, I would. Please people, find an actual promoter and pay them! DO NOT go with this company, unless you are looking for disappointment.
Day One:
Paid to go and see Calvin Harris at Story. We came to Miami from Vancouver for my friend’s bachelorette. Firstly, we had to meet in front of this sketch hotel called Kent hotel. We took a cab (courtesy of the company) to Hyde Pool (part of SLS hotel, but not actually in SLS hotel). We were served the world’s shittiest vodka! For the price we all paid, I expected better. Chad, the manager did not even take us in, some guy named Henry who was the middleman took us in. He was drinking with us the whole time. About an hour into pre-​drinking, he told us they didn’t have Calvin Harris tickets for us so we had to go somewhere else. Not only was Henry not very professional, in the middle of us stressing our concerns he had asked to go and get himself a drink. Seriously? Talk about RUDE! We ended up going to some ghetto club after where Chad came, and served us our drinks, not an actual waitress, but Chad himself.
Day Two:
Because of our disappointment with the first night, this night was complementary. We went to mansion with some other guy part of AOS. This guy was so rude, when I went to get my drink (again CHEAP vodka) he told me to make sure I tipped him well. Seriously? I just took my drinks and went. If he was kind and nice and didn’t ask for a tip, I’d probably tip him for sure. My friend then went up to him and asked for him to make the drinks stronger. He looked at my friend and said this «you see these girls over here (some other random girls that were part of our booth), I’m going to pour them more alcohol because they are taking care of me and tipping me well. You and your friends are fucking cheap, so I’m not going to give you more alcohol.» WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Please ppl. I’m warning you right now, if you want to come to Miami and have a good time… DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
This company is run by a bunch of low lifes that do not know anything about customer service, and are more concerned about their tip and money. Except for maybe chad the manager because this is his company, the people working there are uneducated assholes who should probably be selling themselves on the streets of Miami.
