GARBAGE First let me tell you: I bought some products once and they’re garbage. They give you acne and go stale in a month. From then on I decided I wouldn’t interact with the salespeople outside the shop since I felt I was robbed. But here’s the thing: the level of stalking from their salespeople is gruesome. It derives into offensive. They’re the most obnoxious people in Lincoln road. If you don’t respond they make fun of you. It’s nasty. I’ve been told«are you mad» «how are you? Not so good from what I see» «am I ugly?» «why do you hate me?» Only because I don’t stop and talk to them. Today I was infuriated. I walked by knowing I’d be harassed again and this time the curly blonde haired girl tried to talk to me, got no answer and then ended with: «hey! Mc Donald’s is that way». I’m sorry I don’t even know what that means, but I certainly don’t find it funny. From any perspective it was offensive. When I turned around to ask to her face what did she say she didn’t even look at me and started calling me sweetie and ignoring me. I warned her about approaching people like that and she kept laughing cynically. This has to stop. It’s tasteless and cheap. I tried to talk to a supervisor and supposedly there wasn’t one in the store. Bollocks.

I would like to give it no star. Timeless Cosmetics achieves a new low for bummer experiences. I was on my way to meet a friend when a girl outside a shop asked where I was from. I said Boston to be polite. Then she said her best friend was from Boston. Then she wanted to pat some eye cream on my eye. I’m thinking, oh what the hell, I’ll let her pat some eye cream on. She leads me into the shop. She takes an incredibly long time patting my eye with cream and asking questions about my skin and what don’t I like about my skin. I say I wish I could get rid of my wrinkly neck. I am 65 so I naturally have a wrinkly neck. She says she has a product that can absolutely get rid of my wrinkly neck. There is not one customer in this place. Just a guy and two girls. The guy asks me what kind of moisturizer I use. He looks at my face like some inanimate object and wanders off. The girl leads me to a chair promising she can get rid of the wrinkles in my neck. She starts slathering cream on my neck. I’m thinking I’ve got nothing to lose and she’s very determined so I let her slather. The other girl who is identified as ‘the manager’ who is not usually there but I’m so lucky she is there because it’s Valentine’s Day and she can give me an amazing deal and that this cream will be better than a face lift. I keep asking what the cost is. Finally they say something like 3000 dollars for a year’s supply. I can’t remember the exact figure because I could not quite believe my ears. I was starting to feel like an animal being led to slaughter. I said I would be foolish to spend that kind of money on the spot and they said I would be foolish not to. I said I had to see how the cream does for a day(the skin on my neck did look tighter and I wanted to see if it was a temporary effect that wore off) They said no, that this was a special offer, now or never. I said no, And they dismissed me promptly as if I was an ignorant idiot and didn’t know a good thing when I saw it. The hard sell was so transparently devoid of humanity or any kind of convincing charm that it insulted my intelligence deeply. These morons actually wanted me to part with 3000 dollars right then and there for a year’s supply of dubious face cream when I hadn’t even been looking for a face cream. They lured me off the street and tried to make me feel like I had wasted their time. The two girls tried to act human but their eyes were predatory. The guy was worse. A place like this should not exist. A sleazy silly stupid soul sucking operation. Stay away.

I prefer to give no stars, but Unilocal requires the field to be filled. Friendly staff, but high pressure to buy product. As a savvy(former) New Yorker, I knew better than to be sucked into buying their extremely overpriced creams and serums. I was told the anti-aging eye cream would cost me $ 1500 on their website, but I could purchase the product and get an extra gift for $ 800. I’ve achieved the same results from a drug store brands, such as Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair for $ 20. Be smart, and stay away, far, far away.

Run away! Run far away! I was fast talked into spending $ 350.00 on facial products that caused me to break out. When I went back to return the items, I was told that all sales were final, but I could have an exchange or the value of my purchase in the form of a gift certificate. Really, why on Earth would I want more overpriced products that cause skin irritation? I still have no idea how I was convinced to buy, I feel like a grade a sucker.

Horrible!!! If I could rate with minus stars I would. Extremely high pressure. My mom and aunt(both seniors) were held hostage for over an hour being pressured to buy the $ 2000+ products. They were insulated with racial slurs. This place is disgusting!!!
