Staff is friendly and eager to show you around this expansive and unique Y3 store on Lincoln road. They don’t make you feel like you have to buy anything and provide a relaxed shopping experience. I got a baseball cap and I’m pretty pleased. Even though Y3 is made by adidas and some of the deigns may be familiar to you, Y3 still has its own distinct style and you won’t feel like you are just buying a pair of over priced trainers. If you have the cash to blow, come on down: D

An outstanding customer service!
I was at the Aventura Mall Y-​3 store and saw a nice backpack. But I didn’t bought it because I knew there is an another store at the Lincoln Rd. I went there a couple days later to get the backpack but it was gone. So I talked to an employee named Franklin and he odered one at the Aventura Mall. Unfortunately I hadn’t the time to pick up the backpack because i had to catch a flight the next day. So what they did is they picked it up for me at the Aventura Mall and I get in time before my flight. Long story short: I have a really nice backpack now and the customer service is amazing!

Overpriced store with terrible customer service.
I’m going to Y3 to buy my friend a nice present. AS SOON AS I enter the store, the salesgirl yells at me «no need to ask if we have sales, we have no sales!». I was outraged and shocked! I never asked that question in my entire life, and I had actually spotted something I knew he would like, so it was a secure sale for her.
I told her I actually came to buy something I had spotted the other day, but I’d rather go somewhere else.
I turned around and left!
Also a former time that I bought a few items, they fell apart within 2 months, and salespeople don’t wanna know anything about it.

Love everything about this moniker of Addidas… Very forward thinking cutting edge sports/​athletic wear. Wish I could go shopping there every day

Y-​3 has a second home and its in the shiny new Lincoln road complex across from Regal 18. This store is very different to it’s bigger brother in the design district, but still has everything you need. There were huge bursts of color everywhere due to the spring line arrival. Bold oranges, tennis ball yellows, and patent blue decorated the room. There was still the more traditional whites and black and greys from every season. It seems this season is a bit cheaper and there is some value to be had before stuff even goes on sale (will it even make it to sale?). Enjoy it while you can. Now you don’t even have to cross the bridge in order to be down with Yohji :)
