Stella McCartney | Adidas

I can’t understand for the life of me why this place is rated low. They have some of the cutest workout gear I have ever seen! Yes they are a little pricy but it’s Stella McCartney and they have some of the most beautiful/​innovative designs unlike any workout store out there. Staff was extremely helpful and chipper. Look forward to returning!

Just off Lincoln Road, Stella McCartney for Adidas has opened what I understand is the *only* Stella Sport store in the US. I find it surprising that there’s no presence in NY or LA, but then again, there’s a reason why all the Miami Beach chicas look so hot. Workout wear is basically all Miami wears (when folks are wearing normal clothing), so maybe this makes sense.
In any case, the US Stella sport flagship was actually a little disappointing to me, and I LOVE the Stella sport line. There just didn’t seem to be very much inventory, and in contrast to the minimalist but awesome Y-​3 (also owned by Adidas), I was shocked it wouldn’t be cooler. There is standard, cube-​like shelving and hangers for jackets and pants, but beyond being tiny, the shop itself is kind of boring…
This Stella shop gets props for it’s properly beachy offerings, but falls short of the great buildouts and displays of others on Lincoln Road like the J. Crew boutique, Y-​3, Base, and even all the big box brands coming in to this strip. It doesn’t seem like they put very much thought into this shop at all.
