Ordered an awning for my home. It arrived damaged: dented, torn, bent, scratched, and ripped. Morris Scop, the guy in charge of shipping, gave me the runaround. Finally he offered to send me some new fabric to patch the holes and a can of spray paint to cover the gouges. $ 4000+ down the drain. These folks will not take the damaged unit back, and they won’t refund my purchase price. Can’t recommend them.
