Elements Massage

Granted, I’ve never been to heaven, but I’d have to say that this place is pretty close. It was my first professional massage ever, and the staff was very understanding and descriptive of what to expect and what my expectations were. The front desk is extremely friendly and my therapist was beyond words. If you’re looking for a great massage, definitely book with Shane. I was nervous at first about it being my first massage and that I’d be laying on a table for an hour and a half, but once he explained everything and started, I can honestly say that those 90 minutes flew by. He met every single need and more and I currently feel like blissful jello laying on a puffy white cloud (if that makes sense). Will be back in four weeks, without a doubt. Absolutely loved this place!

Thank you, Groupon for introducing me to Elements Massage! A few months back, I bought a Groupon and booked my appointment. The girl on the phone was incredibly professional and told me Juan gave excellent massages. Sold.
For every session I’ve had, the front staff always impresses me. Incredibly attentive, professional and friendly. Once I get into my room, I’m told the lights and music can be adjusted to my liking. Juan really listens to your needs and will work with you to get rid of any pain/​stress you have. Since my first session, I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve been. I enrolled in the monthly massage program and have stuck with Juan since then. Every ache and pain goes away with one visit. I’ve done hot stones, deep tissues, and even brought my fiancé to join me in a couples massage. Simply put, Juan is superb!
As you end your massage, you’re offered some water and a chocolate mint patty. Again, the staff welcomes you back (this time from heaven) and makes sure you enjoyed your session. Overall, Elements Massage is a must!

Loved this place! Friendly & helpful employees at the front desk. They were professional, attentive & great with giving me information. The place is clean, calm & well-​kept. I had a massage with Juan for pain relief & he actually did everything I asked him to do, as far as focusing on where I had the most pain. He was professional, friendly & made me feel comfortable. I haven’t had this much relief in my shoulders & neck in a while. I’ll definitely be going back as soon as I can!

Firstly, let me say that I felt that I need to re consider my rating after I got a message from the owner.
I have gone back to Elements Pinecrest many more times after I wrote my review and yes it is true that they may be pricier than some of the places around but Elements is way better.
I don’t feel pressured to give the fifth star as an afterthought but I should have given them a 5 star in the first place because they are really the best.
I am so gonna keep coming back.

Excellent massage with Kevin. The reception was friendly, the place clean and relaxing and the massuse was great. I highly recommend this place if you want a good massage in a friendly relaxing enviroment.

I highly recommend this massage parlor. I had a deep tissue/​relaxation massage with Kevin, he was phenomenal! Loved his technique, thoroughness and pace. I left feeling like a million bucks and slept like a rock that evening.
I have a lot of tension in my back and neck, and frequently get massages. This is one of the better places I’ve been to.
The customer service was impeccable too, from water service upon entering to a mint chocolate awaiting you at your massage table.
The manager did a great job of explaining how their membership works, however, at the end of a massage the last thing you want to hear is a sales pitch. I think she was trying to leverage the opportunity, but perhaps a softer, shorter pitch would be more effective.
If you want a top massage, without having to pay top dollar, than this is the place for you!

I have never had a professional massage before and they met my every expectation and more. I had a couples massage with my boyfriend and we both could personalize it that way we wanted. He got deep tissue and I got relaxation and hot stones.
I really recommend hot stones. Itsclike taking a hot shower, but the heat goes straight to your muscles.
The masseuse was very polite and always made sure to ask if she was being too rough or too qentle. Staff overall were pleasant and made the experience momorable.
I will definitely be returning for another massage.

My first full body massage and I feel renewed. My legs have not felt this good in a long time. I had Carolina for deep tissue. I highly recommend her for deep tissue. She was very friendly and welcoming.
They have 3 different time slots for massages, a 55, 80, and 110 minute massage. I had a 55 minute massage and it felt great, a bit short but still does one heck of a job.
Your first massage for a new client is $ 69 compared to their $ 99 rate but on Unilocal they give you $ 40 off the $ 99 rate and its totally worth it.

Tried it out a couple of months ago and loved it. Very attentive and professional service when I arrived and check in, the room was peaceful and quiet, very comfortable massage bed with top-​notch equipment.
But mainly the massage was fantastic, completely cleared my stress and back tension problem, so that I have kept going back every week since. Huge improvement in my quality of life!
Cannot recommend them enough!!!
