Let’s see… what makes for a great personal experience with any business.
1 — On time.
2 — Do what they say they”ll do and when they say they’ll do it.
3 — Say please and thank you.
4 — Finish what they start.
5 — If there’s a problem they apologize and fix it.
We had Francisco and his crew out to trim our garden, clean up yard debris, trim coconut palms. and for coconut removal. They did an amazing job and were careful to ask questions before starting.
They hit it out of the park with items #1−4 and I have little doubt if there ever is a problem of some kind they’ll take care of it.
In Miami this kind of service is a rarity. Can’t recommend them enough!!!
