Ab Group Shipping

If i could give them 0 stars i would. AVOID them at all cost. I hired them 3 months ago to ship to two different shipments. they have sold the shipments to another company who sold it to another company. I had no contact for over a month and then they finally picked up the shipments they claim they are refusing the shipments after they have had them for way to long holding them for an unknown reason. I have several emails saying they were delivered or they are at destination and then i find out they are in there storage as they now refuse to ship them. I guess if you really wanted to use them you can pay them all kinds of fees and travel cost and then the price of the shipment then a holding fee before they let you have the shipment but i prefer to go with a company that will do a job and not have hidden cost after they take the shipment and threaten to not give it to you until you pay excess cost.

If I can give them NO stars I would!!!
They are the worst shipping and freight company you can ever hire!!!
My stuff arrived like trash, my new furniture all broken in pieces, stratched, really really bad.
I contacted the Owner MARCELA ALONSO, she never responded to my phone calls, emails and claims!!! She never picks up the phone, somebody always answers for her. They message is that she is always on the phone, in a meeting, out of the office, but never available to talk!
They are a joke! please save yourself a huge headache, this people are the worst ever and THEY KNOW IT!
