This company should not be in business. AKA use to be Brinks Home Security and now«ADT» is horrible at customer service and scheduling appointments. What good is a home security alarm company if you can’t reach them when you need them. My alarm sounded a trouble code at 10:30pm. When I called to report trouble I waited over 25 minutes. Then the agent tells me I have to wait almost 2 weeks for a service rep to come out to the house. Meantime, I don’t have security. They said they were going to try to schedule me sooner and I would receive a call in the morning. How it’s almost noon and no call so I called them to be put on hold and wait again for 15 minutes and then be transferred for another 30 minutes extension. This is not worth the aggravation with so many companies out there vying for my business. When it comes time to customer service ADT is lacking in so many areas. When it comes to billing, they are right there collecting.
