Staff not so service oriented!
First it was difficult to find any help on the floor. My mom and I were clueless as to where she could find the parts she was looking for her car.
Finally we walk up to the front desk and we ask for help, it turns out the parts she needed– had to be ordered — not sure if they would even have it as an order — not sure when it would arrive. ARE YOU CONFUSED? well so was I, my facial expression was so confused that I just decided to walk out. And just like that it ended.
