This is a relatively new American Eagle by the Falls. I believe it opened up in 2014.
I love the vibe of this store, and they usually have a lot of merchandise, for both men and women. The store is well kept and even the clearance section was organized, although it seems they only put size XXL stuff on clearance. I can never find anything smaller than that.
They have a great variety of stuff, and usually a lot more than other American Eagles I’ve been to.
Customer service wasn’t good, though. The associates working there seemed annoyed by questions about the location of items. I felt like I was bothering them, or at least their faces showed that. There was also barely any employees for a store full of clients.
However, this is one of the best American Eagles I’ve been to.

Stop the airplane, toting advertising banners flying back and forth above South Beach! They went by 20 times, how irritating! A couple times is effective. Now, I’ll never step foot in your stores again!

Excellent customer service clean store. not much clearance .they have aerie a whole section. staff was attentive. not much wait to pay. Definitely recommended.

The clothes here are really cute! Javi helped us & it was the best customer service that I’ve had on a long time! My daughter said that the store is going to do well because of him. He provided great, friendly service without being pushy or over the top. We signed up for the rewards card. Apparently, they send you lots of coupons for being a member! Looking forward to shopping here some more!
