I hate shopping for clothes. With that said, this is the only store I leave in a better mood then when I walk in. Every single one of the staff I’ve come into contact with has great customer service skills. They are right there when you need them but don’t follow you around the store hovering while you browse. The staff at the Falls location is great at helping you choose items that you can mix and match to make multiple outfits. They also don’t disappear on you once your in the dressing room, there is always someone around to switch out a size, recommend a different top, or give you that thumbs up when something fits perfect. Oh! Did I mention their clearance section is amazing and just as organized as the rest of the store (which is impeccable) and they have great sales all the time.

Dear Ann Taylor Loft of the Falls,
You are A-OK in my book. Although the styles are sometimes a little more conservative than mine, I can always find some amazing work staples here. Your location at the Falls is rather large, which I like because it’s easier to shop in, less cluttered. The staff is friendly, although the last 2 times I bought something at your store, no one offered to help me. I guess it might be because I walk straight to the clearance section… But still. Really? And on that note, your clearance section is fabulous. I can always find some amazing deal on these racks. Whether is $ 90 pants for $ 25 or shirts that are ultra reduced. I guess that’s why I start here first. Who doesn’t love a deal?!
I am sure I’ll need some Spring items soon, so I’ll be by.
