It’s Applebee’s! You know exactly what to expect, nothing fancy, nothing pretentious. I’ve come to this location on busy and slow days and service is usually the same… a little wait, but nothing that would make me want to get up and leave. Drinks a great and cheap, food is made as expected. What more can you ask for from an Applebee’s?

Después que me sentaron pasaron 15 minutos y ni agua nos ofrecieron, me tuve que parar y buscar al Manager y me dijo que perdonara que enseguida me mandaba a un mesero; y por fin 20 minutos para qué alguien me ofreciera agua o soda y todavía no la tengo en la mesa; estoy sorprendido esto nunca me había pasado… Ahora no quiero imaginarme cuanto se va a tardar la comida

I been coming to this AppleBees since before they remodeled it and I can’t really say I have ever had a bad experience. I have eaten just about everything on this menu and I like it all. The service has never been horrible like others have mentioned. Occasionally you have a wait and sometimes the food take a little longer to come out but all depends on how full the restaurant is. I mean if you have a full house in any restaurant you can expect a delay in the kitchen that’s just normal. Over all the spot is pretty cool and down to earth. Good people and good food. And they have a bunch of new appetizers on the menu!!!

If I could give less than one star I would. Wait for service took forever. Food came out with no plates or utensils, had to wait another 15 minutes for those. Cold food, cold plates, poor presentation. Waitress clearly had better things to do than do her job.
Used a gift card to pay, waitress changed the total of the bill so the tip total would be bigger after. Awful!
There’s a sign outside that welcomes you back to the restaurant… Yeah right! Won’t be coming back… Ever.

Long wait for our food. Then, the order was incorrect. The French onion soup was all bread and almost no broth.

We were seated at a booth that smelled like either old mop water or vomit or both. We asked to and were moved to another booth. They didn’t have the beer we wanted because according to the waitress the kegs needed to be replaced. They didn’t have certain menu items that we wanted and we had to reorder that too. Lastly, a waitress came by to sweep the floor right next to the booth where we were eating, stirring up dust and particles which landed in our food and drinks. Don’t sweep where people are eating! We had our meals, which were nondescript, because we were hungry. NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible place, they remodeled the restaurant and decided to add new carpets to only leave it smelling nasty and disgusting. The food always come out warm if not cold the service is ok at best. I’ve gone a few times only because I was treated to lunch but I won’t take someone there nor will I go even if it’s free food.

might as well go with a lot of time. I did learn patience Friday Night. The hostess was HORRIBLE. I was amazed the lack of training this individual has. But like I always say its the Manager. After speaking with the manager I told him i LIKE THE TACOS AND feel like a neighborhood customer they should get it together .
So as if Friday was not bad I take my family to try the amazing teriyaki wonton
15 minutes to sit., 17 minutes for water .40 minutes for food… CRazy so this time patience was not my best feature. Call manager on phone from table. revealed the time span and told him I will choose to not go every Friday like I have been to get annoyed, I will choose another place,
Money is excepted everywhere… so sad. there goes my tacos…

The service was so bad that I had to end up leaving the location and going to another restaurant. When it’s been 10 minutes and you still don’t have a cold cup of water, that’s a sign of things to come.

Applebee’s needs to step up its game in a major way when it comes to vegetarians.
The menu has nothing for me except appetizers and the Grilled 4 cheese sammie and soup. So that’s what I had. It was pretty tasty. The tomato soup was actually very good and tasted like they put a little care into the pot. The grilled cheese was good too.
They have their new Pub Diet menu which looks good but their weren’t any options that didn’t have a chunk of dead carcass laying on top. Seems that’s a missed opportunity for the vegetarian crowd.
Now the real star of the show is the Happy Hour. It goes until late and the drinks are buy 1 get 1. They are for house wines and beer. Can’t beat that.
In a pinch (and if I feel like grilled cheese) it’s a decent option. But there are plenty of other places to go.

Had to wait for over an hour to be seated on a saturday afternoon, once we were finally seated it took another 20 minutes to see our waitress. As if my experience wasnt already ruined, my order was wrong twice. I will never be returning to this location.

Great place to eat and watch the football game. Everytime I come I sit by the bar and make sure Tony takes care of me. That guy is fast and makes fire drinks!

I asked for a medium-​well steak and it came to my table dry and over cooked. I ordered chocolate milk for my daughter and the didn’t even bother stirring it. All of the chocolate was sitting on the bottom and I had to sit there and shake it. The waiter was nice… My daughter enjoyed her macaroni and cheese with chicken. The waiter brought my drinks pretty quickly. Overall I would say it was a «meh» experience, mostly because my meal was not all that and the waiters seemed like they were all in a hurry to go home.

Why does this AppleBee’s have 2 stars and what’s wrong with it nothing absolutely nothing. First of all AppleBee’s is one of the best restaurants in town especially this Cutler Bay location. I went to AppleBee’s today for dinner with my husband and my son and we all loved our food. I ordered a Macaroni Salad with the Mozzarella Sticks and Marinara Sauce appetizer and it was delicious definitely love to come back.

Not super exciting but not horrible. Didn’t experience the delay that everyone is talking about here and it was a weekday at lunch time. Had the salmon which was fair and a good portion. Our server was friendly and took good care of us. It was quiet, clean and just what I was looking for to catch up with a friend.
I had never been here so not too bad for a first time, but I don’t know that I will go out of way just to go there unless I am close by. May try it again though– I am a sucker for second chances if there is a little hope.

I was not in the mood to cook, decided to call in an order and pick up… bad judgement call. The food was not what was being advertised on tv.
I would not recommend for delivery, I had ordered a new steak dish and unfortunately the flavor was not something you would expect from them… It was tasteless :(

Sadly our food was cold, very cold. Our waiter was amazing but the food after being sent back and returned to us was still very cold. I try to always give very positive reviews, but this is just the truth here. Can’t lie on Unilocal!Hehe!

Horrible experience. I took my mom for a quick lunch and, first, it took a lot of time for the waitress to take our drinks order so we ordered everything at once (including food). We ordered an appetizer and an entrée to share and it took a loooooong time to arrive TOGETHER, she brought both things at the same time. They didn’t have ranch for the wings and cole slaw for the ribs, but she didn’t say anything so I brought it up and she said the kitchen was making more because they ran out of them that she was going to bring it right up… Never happened, so i ask again, she said it wasnt going to happen. We ordered dessert, was good but not even an we’re sorry or anything. Avoid this place! It sucks and I love applebees.

Back at my olé watering hole for a bite to eat. Wasn’t looking for anything heavy, so I decided on the Fiesta Chicken Chopped Salad. It was fantastic!!! Chopped lettuce tossed with black bean corn salsa, roasted red peppers & onions, totilla strips, white cheddar and a spicy jalapeño dressing, mounded with chimichurri glazed grill chicken for $ 9.59. Hands down one of the best meals I have had at Applebee’s.

I’m rating 1 star because I have to put something there. If your in the area, I would suggest avoiding coming here. Slow service. I’m trying to get lunch before heading back to work. I’ve order and waiting over 40 minutes just for my food. Servicer says «it’s coming shortly. There are 3 managers working back there.» Seriously there’s no excuse for me to wait this long for my food. Are you killing a cow?
Not even if my life depend on coming here, I’d never come back again.

The Applebee’s restaurant in the Town of Cutler Bay is literally the worst Applebee’s restaurant that I have ever been to in my life. It could possibly be the worst in the existence of all Applebee’s restaurants.
Unless you’re sitting at the bar, or in the bar area amongst the loud, obnoxious Mon-​Thur AA members, you will be waiting hours (or days. or months. maybe even years.) for your server. Sadly, some of the «manager’s» aren’t much better in the way they deliver their «customer service» either.
The food is mediocre, often cold, rarely fresh and if your lucky, be accompanied by a seasoned roach or house fly (on the house!). The drinks lack «umph» and the alcohol is watered down.
To top it off, you will never receive an apology; not from the server or the manager.
You might as well leave this place feeling like it was all your fault.
Honestly, I may have been impressed by the food and service at this place ONCE. Maybe. Or it could have been my relentless desire for good service that I may have even imagined it.
Anyone and everyone who asks about this place, will always and forever receive a mind-​bogglingly disgusting review from me.
