I was so excited when I bought the Groupon for 6 weeks of bootcamp in Tamiami Park that I convinced 2 girlfriends to do the same. Boy was I disappointed… On the first day of class(Tuesday) the trainer tells us that he starts Monday’s only and that he will give me that week free(excellent I think), then the following week he cancels class because of an «opportunity in Orlando» –shouldn’t your priority be your customers? The following week he cancels again because he was sick, etc. etc. His communication is terrible(he writes posts on Facebook with absolutely no punctuation or correct spelling so you basically have to play detective trying to decipher what he is trying to say). When people have made suggestions on class times or locations or rescheduling he has lost it on them. He definitely does not take constructive criticism well, so keep your mouth shut unless you want to be blasted. Lastly, the couple of classes I did go to were repetitive… same thing every time and zero guidance. He stands in front of the class and you have no idea if what you are doing is right or wrong. All in all, if you’re not looking for something professional, then go ahead and buy the Groupon but if you’re a stickler for professionalism then pass on this one. I requested a refund from Groupon because I was disappointed.

I’m a fat girl at heart always trying to get skinny… so of course when I saw Beach Bunny Bodies Bootcamp had a groupon for $ 35 i jumped on it. I went all excited and ready for class in Nov, well long story short after my second class I never came back. The instructor has great technique, but does not walk around helping and giving tips on how to improve individual technique… There are so many people in the class that at time you can barely see the instructor in the front of the class. I would like a more high intensity course, but like I said, it’s a large group of all types of people. It’s a good routine, just not what I was looking for. In addition, I had purchased two groupons, for my sister and myself. My sister never made it out to the course, so it expired — not to loose my money I called the owner to see if I can apply that amount to a monthly membership. The trainer quickly began with, «I DON’T WANTYOUTOGETMAD, BUT I CAN’T DOTHAT.» He went on by saying that it wasn’t fair to him and he would be loosing out on money. blah blah blah. I never asked for a free month, I just asked for a credit toward the monthly fee. He lost out on a client… sucks. I would have used his services for a month, but that’s about it. My advice is for the owner — polish up on your customer service…

I bought a Groupon for a 6 week boot camp thinking I could go and keep myself busy a few times a week. Well, I’m coming up on my 6th week soon and I’m completely addicted to this class! The instructor is really nice and he makes the class easy enough to just jump into no matter what your fitness level is. The way the class is designed is so that you work at your own pace and build up endurance on your own. Im definitely going to continue my workouts with the class after my first 6 weeks are done.
