I purchased a voucher to receive a pain management massage (fell off bike & strained muscles). The location is in a shopping mall. I was a little apprehensive since it is located in a shopping mall on the second floor. But when I walked in I was pleasantly surprised at what I saw. It is small and very very clean. The appointment was verified by phone and easy to acquire. I was seen very promptly. I was extremely pleased that my appointment time was very accurately respected. They even have a system where appointments are actually spaced out in order to NOT fill the waiting room. This must be a first for Miami and particularly for voucher purchases. Very professional and considerate of them to do so. As I was walking in the previous appointment was walking out. No one is in waiting room with you so they focus totally on you.
I received cold packs, then hot packs, then ultra sound, then massage with therapeutic gel. I was scheduled for a 50 minute treatment but I received extra time since Odilia was so detailed in her explanation and provided extra care in her treatment. I walked in limping and now I’m getting ready to go out to dinner! wow, I highly recommend this place, in particular due to the courteous and professional treatment you will receive.
