Disappointed in the lack of care and post customer service. I just financed a car with them a few days ago. Noticed the next day there were bugs, roaches and ants in the vehicle. When I contacted them they informed that nothing could be done. They promised me a detail interior cleaning and that definitely was not done. Usually when there’s a detail cleaning the seats are some sort of damp. The interior looked exactly the same as when I drove it. Unfortunately I will not be returning to that dealership and wouldn’t recommend such a careless establishment.

Horrible customer service. I bought a Kia 7 months ago and since then I’ve been trying to get them to activate my extended warranty. No manager has solved anything and they say they will call me but they never do, and when I go they don’t solve anything. I haven’t been able to take the car for service and now they don’t want to return my money for that insurance. Very disappointing…

I had a very bad experience with Braman Kia. My car key was stolen over a week ago. After contacting them countless times nothing has been done. I am extremely surprised and disappointed by the lack of costumer service. No one has been able to give me any information or even order a key for my car! The employees keep assuring me that the manager will handle it and call me in the morning. It has been NINE DAYS and I am still waiting to hear from this manager! I am blown away by how unorganized and unhelpful this dealership has been. Not to mention the huge cost I have incurred by paying for transportation. I regret having recommend this dealership to friends in the past. Avoid this dealership at all costs! #avoidbramankia

I bought my ’11 Honda Accord Coupe a few months ago at this location. My car salesman was the absolute best! Adrian was so helpful and saved the car specifically for me. He gave me the best deal. My car has no dents, scratches, the interior is like-​new and I got the vehicle at 26k miles. If you’re in this Kia, ask for Adrian. You will leave quite satisfied. xoxo

Zero starts. Cars are advertised online for extremely cheap… When you call, they tell you the car is available, when you show up they tell you that the car is sold long time ago. Crooked managers

This is the 5th car I have leased. This is the best experience I have ever had at any car dealership or with any car purchase/​lease. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted by a very friendly gentleman named Allen. Within 45 minutes, I had chosen a car and a deal was struck. Paperwork was also a breeze, and the gentleman who assisted me, Mr. Hernandez, was also wonderful. I also met Steve, the Sales Manager, and told him what great staff he had working with him. I told Steve I would even come back and visit before my 3 year lease was up.
The entire experience from start to finish was 2 hours. As a business owner, understanding that time is money, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We bought a Kia Sportage with Carlos Carlo. Great personal service. The service department is another story. Twice I’ve gone for tire issues. Both time they claimed it can’t be fixed and need to replace the tire ($ 200). Both time I declined and took the car to Pep Boys. On both occasions all they found was a nail in the tire and fixed it in 15 minutes for no charge. «Can’t trust the Service department»

Very small lot and not many options.
The service however was quick and nice. Not pushy asks as upfront as possible.
The lack of many options is a deal breaker here tho for some people.
End result? I got a better deal here than the HUGE dealership in Cape coral.
Go figure.
