Tell me that these ppl didn’t tell me the car would get fixed in 10 business days and we had to wait a month and something for the job to get done. If you want your car fixed fast DO NOT BRING it here.

My wife crashed on the Palmetto. Her insurance gave us a few choices of where to take the car.
Since this place is next to Honda, I figured they probably would specialize in Honda repairs.
HUGE mistake.
Three different times of repair estimated. Had to come back three since the car was not completed when they said it would be.
The owner seemed shady from the first contact. The office/​waiting room smells like they smoke cigarettes in there.
The work was sub-​par. The paint did not match (real close but not perfect match). The parts used where off of a used car (as most insurances request) after we requested new parts where available,
Three years later and the parts that they painted (trunk, rear quarter panel, etc) are ALL flaking while the rest of the paint on the car (factory paint) is still looking new.
Very poor workmanship and customer service.

I don’t even have six month living in Miami and zapz … I had to take my car to the body shop! it was minor damage though.
Anyway, my insurance company gave me several options and I chose this one because it was close to my house.
They use National rent car (will review other time) so when you leave your car at the shop the rental pick up.
They gave me about 4 days of estimate, but I begged them if they could do it sooner because of my work schedule and they were able to do it!
I was really happy with the job and I didn’t even use my insurance because it was cheaper than the deductible!
The job was excellent and was so happy to see my car again, I don’t even want to think about coming back, but I have the impression that I will require their services again.
