Burger King

This place is filthy. Get some windex guys and clean up! No excuse for it to be so dirty first thing on a Sunday morning.

SLOWEST Burger King in Miami, I pulled up to the drive-​thru window and conveyed my order. The woman told me to «wait» a bunch of times as she struggled to punch-​in the menu items. Finally, I heard her asking an associate what to do. I can’t imagine why management would hire employees who don’t have a clue what they’re doing, and advertise it on the loudspeaker. Then, to make matters worse, the order-​taker left completely, leaving me in the drive-​thru lane for about five full minutes. I finally left and went to the McDonald’s across the street, where I was able to order my food in less than three minutes. Save yourself the time and go to McDonald’s instead…

I don’t generally do fast food but last night was starving and needed something quick to eat. I tried the drive-​thru and there were already two cars at the order station. I noticed there was only a couple of customers inside. Waited for 7 minutes and the first car in line had still not put in an order. As I needed to be at another establishment before it closed, I left. Came back half an hour later to give it another shot. This time I noticed one car already at the pick-​up window and I’m first to order. Girl comes on the speaker and tells me to hold on. Two minutes later she takes my order. Drive up to pick up window and other car is still there: hasn’t gotten food or drinks or even paid. So, to make a longer story sort of short, a total of 13 minutes passed between my arrival and departure from the drive thru. All I ordered was a whopper, jr., small fries and a diet coke. When I complained to the guy at the window, he gave me a strange look and didn’t even apologize. It’s suppose to be fast food!!! No wonder Burger King is #3 behind Mcdonalds and Wendy’s.

Stopped for breakfast. The drive-​thru took forever. The food was good.
