biscuits were hard and anything fried doesn’t taste very good I recommend going to the mcdonalds express on 144th and US1 much better

It’s a futile exercise to comment on the food: typical McDonald’s menu of course and quality in line with other locations. My main problem with this particular location is the cleanliness of the restaurant and bathroom. God forbid your kids take their shoes off to play in the play area. Their socks get so but so dirty rendering them impossible to clean even after several washes. I told the manager on duty and his reply was something like oh well… tough s!!!

This McDonald’s location at 18 295 South Dixie Highway in Cutler Bay is awesome because staff is friendly and burgers fries and nuggets and shakes are delicious

Typical McDonald’s food. Very noisy because of the indoor play area for the kids. Usually get my orders right. Servers are nice. Service can be slow because of the crowds. A lot of parents like this on due to the play area. My grandson loves to go and play.

Cutler Bay, FL
Advertises itself as open 24 hours and that breakfast starts at 4 AM on the main doors, But the doors are locked at 5:45 AM and the personnel inside seem indifferent to someone standing at the door. There is a neon sign to the left of the main doors that indicate that the drive-​through is open 24 hours, But that is not the intent of the signage that are on the doors themselves. Misleading advertising with indifferent and apathetic staff!

This is my favorite McDonald’s. the service is always fast and friendly and the food is always fresh. They also have the full menu late. We drive past the Old Cutler McDonalds just to go to this location.

It’s McDonalds! You know the food. This one seems a little speedier than the one on South Dixie Highway on Carribean, or the one in Pinecrest, and they get the order right more often. And the gals who work here are better than average. I actually had one that carried my meal to me over to the drink fountain.
Worth one extra star.

Port Chester, NY
After reviewing the other mickey d’s i had to go back and do this one too. This was way better then the one on 8116 biscayne blvd. Despite their mini argument over the registers, They were polite and we got the right order. People were able to eat and no one was asking for our leftovers.
