Burger King

Absolutely awful service in this drive through. I ordered a soda and it took them 15 min to deliver! First, the car in front was waiting for food. Instead of moving them forward to give the ready service to those behind, they delayed everyone else and held the line for them. Once I final got to the window, the cashier was taking an order and told me to hold on for another 5 min! All he had to do was hand me my soda! Once he finally acknowledged me, he hadn’t even rung in my order!!! I asked for a manger and she apologized. With so many options of BB and soda skip this location!

Super quick service in the morning for Coffee. I have been coming here for years.

How are Burger Kings still open with this kind of service, second different location in two weeks and have waited more than 30 minutes for a number 1 combo. Not even a sorry for the wait or have a nice day from these guys. Burger King needs to look into this and make some serious changes if they want to survive.

Came here for a quick, time-​constrained lunch. Decided drive thru would be quickest — –ehhh not so much. About 10 – 15 minutes i guess i wasn’t the only one trying to do a million things during their lunch break. Curious to know why a vegetarian would be ordering from BK?
Well let me tell you not many know about the morning star veggie burger at BK. not bad, although sometimes under cooked! i don’t understand why sometimes i feel like the burger wasn’t heated thoroughly or could have been left on the grill a couple extra minutes. I was also excited to try the new sweet potato fries. Unfortunately I cant report back, long wait, and even though i repeated my order twice i almost left with the wrong order! i had to get out of my car walk to the window while someone else was at the window, (attempting not to look creepy). The lady was extremely apologetic and it was actually another person who gave me the wrong bag, when i retrieved the correct bag i saw that they had given me regular fries not the sweet potato. I was too tired and did not have the time to go back to the window again. I claimed defeat and dipped my fries in honey mustard. Oh well.
i don’t expect top notch service from fast food chains anyway. Lunch time is busy, workers get paid peanuts.

Worst Burger King drive thru experience I’ve ever had. Was STUCK in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I could’ve eaten inside a restaurant and gotteb out sooner.

I have been to many Burger King restaurants in Miami and by far the location in Bird Rd and 70^th Avenue gave me the best service. Not only were they very fast but gave me generous size fries and the burgers were warm and super fresh. They also put extra cream in their frappes and their sundays unlike many other Bk’s ive been to. They are also very accomodating and polite specially the managers. I live close to the area so i go there quite often and they never disappointed me. i wish other fast food places were as nice as this one is.

It’s fast food, it’s cheap and my fries are usually hot; nothing’s different than any other burger king. You still have the creepy dude that sits by the playground area, and the 11 gang bangers that somehow manage to pull all their money together so that they can order just three dollar menu items. I’m sure it takes skill gathering all that change, the kind of skill you learn when you have to be your own mom’s pimp. Stick to the drive-​thru.

I got an order of the BK «ribs» here about a month ago. At first I thought that they were wood chips and then I ate them and it verified it for me. When I was like 7 years old I stopped eating at Burger King after they had an e coli scare. Since then I have been to Burger King about 3 times (now 22) and I think this was the visit that will prevent me from ever going back again. Had about a 30 $ order here among 4 people. Other than the ribs, nothing was horrible per say, but damn people BKs burgers are just retardedly tasteless why even waste your money?
Burger King: you should be ashamed of the ribs you put out. I knew they wouldn’t be anywhere near what the commercial made them out to be, but what I got was a joke and I felt more ripped off than I ever have been before at a fast food restaurant
