Wendy’s

The bathroom is a touch-​less experience; the toilets, urinals, faucet, soap dispenser, AND hand dryer all use sensor technology. The bathrooms are clean and maintained. The staff on board is polite and friendly. They had no miscommunication whatsoever. The food was brought out quickly and the preparation of the food was executed beautifully, it felt as if though I took a Baconator right out of a commercial.

By far the worst service ever! From the manager yelling at her employees for the cashier getting our order wrong and then giving me attitude for returning, such a shame!!! Wednesday jan. 1 2015 9:30 pm

Newly built, this Wendy’s is bright and clean inside. You’ve got CNN or Fox News to watch on the tvs. The coke machine is great. The trainer training new employees was friendly & service was quick. I like that all these fast food places are trying to update their interiors.

I’m basing this review solely on the service I was given. The quality food can not be graded, let’s be real it’s a fast food joint. Although the fries that were given to me were a bit cold and old. The baconator was good. Now I got to pay the gentlemen didn’t even tell me my total just took my money and gave my change back. No greet nothing. As I went to the pick up window the girl didn’t smile, just said and I quote «HERE». Terrible service, needs improvement.

I’ve been going to this Wendy’s since it opened; which was 20 +years ago. For the last 15 they have regularly provided service that merits 2 stars or less. The drive through routinely forgets to place items that have been ordered & paid for. They often times have sassy or indifferent employees who operate the window & in the last year have gotten in the habit of no longer giving u a total with your order until u get to the window. The last point may seem
petty; but it affects the speed of the drive-​thru. As for the quality of the food I would rate it a 4.5 stars based on expectations for what it is, fast food. Sadly its hard to get employees that understand that pride in ones job is not about the job u r doing; but that fact that how you do your job is a representation of you.
Finally this rant is about the fact they forgot to include my free frosty with my order. Principalities damn it!!!

Accidently turned in to a wendys. Found myself stuck in line. To hungry to go elsewhere. Too bad. Burger yucky. Why don’t they add ketchup and mustard? Tasted like cardboard. The half salad special? A trick! It is the size of the 1 $ salad but for $ 5.
I never liked wendys. Today, that fact was cemented in reality.
