I like to dine at burger king. But every time I go and find a specific manager lady with black hair, her name is MARIA. She makes me not want to go there again. Maria turns off the soda machine dispenser because she has some sick thought I and my kids will refill drinks too many times. Maria the manager seems miserable and shows that side to us loyal Burger King customers. I will go when the other managers are around. professional and courteous. I give them 5 stars. Maria get ZERO!!!

Went inside this BK around 3 pm. There was no line and my order was taken right away. I waited about 5 minutes and got my food. My order was perfect and tasted great. The employee, dudes name was Julio, was very friendly and smiled through out the whole order. Even joking with me when I accidentally ordered a McDouble. I have zero complaints with this BK and enjoyed my visit.

Worst BK in the world I went to the drive thru the employee was nice and gave us time and stuff but when we got home the food was thrown all over the bag the drinks tasted like pee like what is that how is this a drink even when I ate my whopper it had pink instead of white who ever is the fry cook who cooked he should take classes or get fired beacuse I don’t call good service if they get inspected I hope they get shut down beacuse This is not good service I call this disgusting and horrible service.

No lie… when my 66-year-old mother and I went through the drive thru the other day, the manager actually came to the window and chastised us for taking up «4 minutes» to purchase and receive all our food. We looked at him like he was crazy, and briefly wondered if we were on a hidden camera show. It was insane. We had ordered our food, paid for it, and arrived at the window in a timely fashion. Not to mention the fact that there was NOONEBEHINDUSINTHELINE. The manager told us, «It’s all about keeping things speedy, ma’am». My mother instead responded, «I would imagine as a manager, your priority would be to ensure our correct order and customer satisfaction rather than your 4-minute timeframe.» What a jerk. But that’s okay. We learned our lesson, which is that we’d rather walk hot coals than to visit that Burger King again.
