McDonald’s

Worst. Service. Ever.
Extremely slow.
Staff is very rude.
Staff is unable to take an order correctly.

Wow don’t know where to begin… I work in the food service industry. So I know what it’s to give customer service. But never in my life have heard or been given the service I received tonight… Today is Sunday March 20^th 2:47am and I was at my hotel looking for something to eat because we came back to our hotel very late from ultra music festival and decided we should have something to eat and the first thing we do is call our concierge at the front desk and they say well it’s past 2am our room service is closed so only places
That are open is McDonald’s and Denny’s which are 24 hours so I say ok! Thank you hang up… And we decided to choose McDonald’s because it is the faster choice to get back to our hotel and we did not want breakfast. So the first thing I do is google the McDonald’s to see how far it is. So I decide to call them instead to make sure they are open and too see how long it would take to get there from my hotel because we don’t have a car so we would obviously have to take an über there and back. A man answers the phone barely can speak English which is fine because I speak Spanish as well and most people in Miami are Cuban or some type of Hispanic and I am Hispanic as well. I quickly ask him if they are still open he responds yes they are and then quickly I ask him ok great by any chance do you know how long would take to get to your McDonald’s fro my hotel at the double tree Miami airport and he’s seemed puzzled then I asked him again… He did not respond. A quick pause then he’s said hold on quickly a woman/​girl answers and asks what do I need and I ask her the same question how far is your McDonalds from the double tree Miami airport and then I got the response I would never ever thought I would receive. I quote «I don’t have time for you» then clicks (hangs up on me) then I was instantly infuriated I called back and told then I was going to call cooperate and they do not deserve to even have a job. People would die to have a job. Even though it is a minimum wage job and a grave yard shirt behavior like that will get you to lose your job like that… I don’t know your names but I will find out… And you will hear from me. Or by corporate… Because customer service like that is never tolerated. I would be fired from my job if I ever spoke to a customer like that and I am a server at a restaurant in LA. Doesn’t matter if your a server or a worker at a Taco Bell customer service is customer service. I am still lost for words about this experience because all weekend at every single restaurant that I have been too. I have had mediocre service but this was just cherry on top…

Slowest McDonalds… came here for a quick mcflurry with a buddy and took quite some time.
Probably wouldn’t come back here at night.

I am not from Miami. I am from Georgia and I suppose its the ordinary here in Miami for no one to speak English. I just find it irritating that no one at a fast food business can speak english. This mcdonalds is one of the worst. I can’t blame it though, its right there in sweetwater. So if you don’t speak spanish just figure out something else. If you are a risk taker «living life on the edge» this may be your place to go. The food is well… its mcdonalds. It is what it is. Sure you feel shameful and guilty that you just ate it but it saved you time and money.

Probably one of the worst ones yet went ti the bathroom and no toilet paper woooooooooow im stunned. Who do i call 911? Or just sit here and wait

This McDonald’s is the slowest one I’ve ever been to. I’ve waited in the drive thru line for almost 10 minutes now. it seems as if in the morning they are ALWAYS short staffed
In the morning. However my food is always hot and the staff is somewhat pleasant

This McDonald’s location is old and awesome staff is friendly and the burgers and fries are delicious

24 hour location which is very convenient but when I tried to order just 2 cheeseburgers late night I was told that they only served combos late night. I was pretty pissed that I was being forced to pay for a soda and fries when I really didn’t want them.
This location also almost always has a long line at the drive through.

My experience with this McDonald’s is that it is equal to corporate standards in all ways and it is satisfactory for what you would expect it to be. Nothing more, nothing less.

It’s ok.

This McDonalds is open 24÷7÷365. If you don’t speak Spanish, make sure they get your order correctly.

There is a lady that takes your order angry and pretends to speak English only.

Probably the best fact about this location is the fact that it is open 24 hours. Other than that, it’s your typical McDonald’s fast food.
Perfect for AM cravings and post clubbing visits.
