Twice I have come at lunch time and both times the girl taking the orders is too busy chit chatting with the other employees that she cannot hear me, nonetheless get my order right. Managers at this establishment are as incompetent and unprofessional as the drive thru employees.

First of all they take for ever to move the line. Employees not friendly at all giving attitude when you ask for the chicken nuggets sauce. My order was wrong my Big Mac they gave it to me twice wrong. The two happy meals I order the nuggest were throw outside the little box that they come in. One of the toys were incorrect it was for a boy and had a girl toy. My big mac I order it no pickle no onions extra Big Mac sauce on the side. They put it inside. I told the employee rolando the one in the drive thur giving the food. If I could have extra Big Mac Sauce on the side that I order. He said they put In the sandwich. I told him I didn’t wanted in the sandwich I wanted it on the side. He got angry and ask for the sandwich back and giving attitude and made a face. When they gave it back to me it had pickles and onions I had to get off my car and tell them again it was wrong. There was two manager on duty. They didn’t even apologize or said anything. The lady manager was asking what was I still waiting for with attitude that’s when I told her i waiting for a mc chicken for 15 mins. They act like they rushing but all they doing is giving orders wrong and giving a horrible customer service. I had 15 years going there and that customer service got Super bad over the year. I’ll would never go to that mc Donald’s again. You should put a good manager who will put things in order especially with the employees and getting orders right and have a clean mc Donald’s and the restroom. That mc Donald’s at all time employees are playing around and saying bad words especially when there’s no manager around. What a shame for your customers that leave. I been going there for the past 15 years and your customer service is horrible. Send a manager who will have that mc Donald in place and in order especially with the employees. Night shift all those young employees Hispanic always playing around and saying bad words. Very disrespectful and disturbing. What type of customer service is this. #BADSERVICE

I usually like a quick breakfast at Mc Donald’s because my schedule can be busy. When I went to sit down at the booth, there was human feces under the table. By 8:00 am all the floors should be immaculate.

Don’t call yourself 24 hours if you are closed at night. Change your sign or open as advertised. Thank you

Not that good! 2 star is all I can give to this place. Service was bad as hell. The food was okay, but it didn’t as good as I wanted it to be. Not that kind of place that I would love to hangout to.

This location is the closest to my house and the service is just awful. It’s like they don’t even care and are constantly giving you attitude.

So I pull up at 5:30 am order my food one mcgriddle hash brown and a iced coffee. They take approximately 9 minutes to get this out. I would understand other people in front but no I’m the only one in drive thru. So If your looking for a quick breakfest avoid this place.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever come to. I only come here because it’s down the street from my house. First of all, barely any employees there speak any english and when you speak to them in english they stare at you like you’re stupid. They take FOREVER to get your order ready and even longer to put it infront of you. There are so many«managers» that don’t speak any english and insult you basically to your face thinking you don’t speak Spanish(which I really do) Then, the drive thru takes so much longer than any other drive thru possibly in the world. I ordered a snack wrap and an ice cream and I was literally in the drive thru for almost half an hour. It was horrible. I’m even considering going to another McDonalds because this one is just so horrible. I don’t recommend anyone ever come to this place, find a better one. The backyard of an abandoned house is better and more functional than this one. STAYAWAY.

This is not just another McDonald’s on Eighth Street. This McDonald’s pretty much divides the old and the new Miami. West of this location and past the Palmetto Expressway is the newer Eighth Street, with shopping centers that house Starbucks and Chicken Kitchens, all the way out until you reach the Miccosukee lands, and east of this McDonald’s are the Hispanic mom and pop’s businesses that cater to the«speak Spanish» community. East: se habla español. West: la misma mierda. Maybe this location is the sister store to the McDonald’s in Little Havana, on Eighth &12 Avenue. At no other McDonald’s have I experienced people coming in to offer me cheap jewelry, ask me for money for the bus, give me the little card that says«I am deaf and mute and hungry», offer me a postcard of the Virgin Mary with a tiny inscription«donations are appreciated», or a group of religious freaks trying to convert me while I am eating a Big Mac. Hello, Big Mac here, I am macking. There is another McDonald’s south of where I live which sits at the exact mileage from the one on Eighth Street. It sits on a more«domesticated» neighborhood with no peddlers. Still, I find myself going to the one on Eighth Street. I guess I like driving up and down Eighth after all. I think it’s the cashier inside welcoming me with a «Dime, primo» which attracts me to this location. That has to be the explanation, because even though the building was newly restored, the whole block still looks the same, unappealing, as maybe the rest of the area. The food they serve is good. I have no complains. Even the drive-thru is efficient. And the employees speak English, although they choose to speak Spanish, maybe out of comfort but most likely out of convenience. It is an interesting place to dine in. To summarize, this is the McDonald’s that you would find in a Frank Miller book if he was Hispanic, packed with weird harmless people lurking around a source of food, in a gritty world where language is the barrier, trying to enjoy a meal all the while an imaginary danger is present and waiting to attack, where there are no villains… just evil.
