I have orderd three times from them. They cannot deliver an order at all. When I called and spoke to an employee they acknowledged the manager knows but doesn’t care. Out of pure luck I asked about this bk to another one and the reviews I receivd about them was horrible so it must be known about in other bks

Customer service was excellent! The manager, Barbie, was very helpful. the food quality was very good. I liked the mozzarella sticks.

Terrible customer service. Yesterday I pulled into the drive thru and was greeted by a cardboard sign that read“please pull around to the window”. When I did I assumed I’d be greeted by a prepared and smiling face ready to take my order. After sitting there another minute or so, I peered thru the window to see a couple of what seemed to be managers with clipboards talking to each other. I tried to get their attention but they were to involved with their own conversation to either notice me or take my order. I drove off. Obviously they thought they had something real important to discuss but fellas, without me, you have no purpose. My suggestion folks is drive ½ mile in either direction to find the typical fast food competitors ready to take your order!

Nothing special about this BK. It feels a bit dated inside and the staff can be young and rude at times. The food is OK. DO drive-thru DONOT dine-in
