I called Camacho based on the ratings I had seen on Unilocal. Based on my experience it appears he had family and friends put in those ratings because he does not back up his work. We had three blinds that needed repair. He finally came out after cancelling two other appointments and took the blinds to repair them. When he reinstalled them he said that the work was warrantied for 1 year. Sadly, they didn’t last 1 month before they became as nonfunctional as they were before. I have tried calling them more than ten times over the span of three weeks, I have left multiple messages and not once has he called back. Save your money and sanity and go elsewhere this company does not deliver on promises and service.

I talked to him once and when I went to reach him to come out for repair, no response. I texted him one time every day for 4 days straight then called and left a message. Nothing.

Don’t even bother looking around… make this place your first call! My wife and I needed a new track for our vertical blinds. We called and emailed a few places and none of them even responded because we didn’t need a whole new system. We called Camacho on a Wednesday afternoon. They made an appointment for the next morning. Felipe and David came out, gave a quick, reasonable estimate. THEY needed a special bar so they ran out to get it and came right back and finished the job quickly. Now we can finally stand the heat in our apartment when the sun blazes inside each afternoon. Thanks Guys.

I called Fellipe for a roller shade repair. Can’t be happier with the service. He came at the time of our appointment. He reviewed the problem and had the parts on his truck. Within 30 minutes the shade was repaired at a reasonable price. I can definitely recommend his services.

Excellent fast service with a good price. I called inquiring about shades for my windows and got Felipe who came in with a same day estimate. 1 week later they were installed. I am very pleased with them. The price was very reasonable. I truly recommend this place hands down.

Called on a Saturday late afternoon. They answered my call and provided information within hours of my call. Great customer skills!!! Arrived on time on date of repair. Yes, repair! They were able to fix vertical blinds without replacing for a rental apartment. Just amazing! Service and skills are very hard to find these days! Vertical Blinds by Camacho did both. Great service and great job! I would recommend highly for any repair or blind work. Very happy and impressed!
