The gym is the only thing that is good in this Camden Brickell home. Alexandro Bolanos aka alex the property manager takes forever to fix or address issues with the property including the gym area. We had broken machines in this gym for over seven months even after telling management about it. Excuses were made and nothing was done for quite awhile. The gym has gotten better however unless you plan on staying in the gym Camden should be marked off your list of places to live.
