While Dinning tonight we had the worst experience ever. The server was inadequate, told us that she was congested because of the cold weather which really disgusted us. We had ordered soups with our meals and received the soup before our water. She forgot the lemons and continuously forgot the bread. we asked for it after we received the soup, asked again, then asked another waiter, still have yet to receive it. I ordered the ciopinno and got a little bruschetta in my stew but that’s all. We asked again nothing. Then I asked her if it’s cooking and she said no I’m going to get it. Then we were all done with our meal the fastest dinner we’ve had because we weren’t satisfied with our server. We asked if she was new and she said no; I then suggested to her if you forget the bread it’s ok but at least tell us oh sorry I forgot to bring it or its cooking not just completely blow it off. I’ve been in the hospitality business for awhile now and that service was terrible. I had just came back from military training abd we try to go out for a nice dinner. The experience was terrible the server did not tell the manager anything, so the manager never came to our table. I’ve been to that specific carrabbas before and the servers were great. Maybe she just needs a little more training. If it were up to my husband he would not have tipped her but we left her 15% but if that’s her way of making a living she’s not doing a good job. We easily give 20 or more but that server definitely did not deserve that. Overall food was delicious and at least that never disappoints.

My husband and I have been a Carrabbas fan for over 3 years now. Our favorite dish is the Chicken Bryan(with linguine and tag pic pac) and Sirloin Marsala(with garlic mash). We love Amore Mondays which they offer a 3 course meal starting at $ 12.99 +. We usually go to the one in South Miami but being that they are both within 10 miles from our home we decided to check out this new Carrabbas. As far as the service goes, I do have to say we been to this one 3 times and they all have been SLOW. The servers are nice but I feel they are lacking some training as well as many times they forget to bring the complete menu, bring the salad late, or in one occasion forgot about our salads all together. The quality of the food is always fresh and tasty so no complaints there :)

The worst calamari appetizer I’ve ever tried, they were over cooked salty and hard, Horrible Breaded. The Arancini appetizer was good tho. We had a Margarita pizza it was good but cold and a personal size with six small pieces and for dessert we had a crème brûlée it was very good!

The restaurant has been open for at least a year now. So I was sure that it was safe to assume that all the kinks had been worked out. I was wrong. Service was extremely slow. Our server was trying really hard and was apologetic, but she seemed frazzled. The food was mediocre at best and was not even served at an appropriate temperature. Our server mentioned that due to a large group, the kitchen was overwhelmed. Understandable, but it does not excuse the two hour service nor the so-so food. On the bright side, the bread was good.

Let me preface by saying that I actually like Carrabba’s. We usually go to the one on Sunset and occasionally, the one on Athens beach. We decided to go to this one for my husband’s birthday since it is a bit closer to home. Bad decision! We get there at around 7:45PM. The place is only about 50% full with a bunch of empty tables. When we sit down I notice the folks around us all looking annoyed and with zero food in front of them. You know, looking around, tapping their fingers on the table, rolling their eyes, etc. At that moment, I swear, I said that maybe we should just go elsewhere. But we didn’t. So then began our two hour dinner. The service was the slowest ever. Our server was so very overwhelmed that it was pretty sad. She kept apologizing but I honestly think that it was the kitchen that was responsible. There were tons of servers and many times they were ALL congregating at the pick-up line waiting for their orders to be ready. Another thing that I noticed was that our server had to also bus her tables. The timing for food delivery was horrible. Half hour for appetizers. Another 40 minutes for our entrees AFTER we finished our appetizers. Oh, and we all ordered Caesar salads. Well, they ran out of croutons, so we got lettuce and dressing. I love their croutons, so I was not happy. Now for the actual food. Appetizers consisted of the Caprese with burrata and the Arancini. Can’t complain at all about the Arancini. The Caprese for the most part was ok, it served with cherry tomatoes but mixed in there were also a few olives! I guess they can’t tell the difference. My daughter and I each ordered a filet. She asked for medium rare with more towards rare. She got medium well. I ordered medium and I got well done. Absolutely all grey. The sirloins were cooked okay for the most part. However, instead of pink in the middle, they were pretty much grey on the bottom and pink on top. Weird. So they pretty much can’t cook a steak properly. My other daughter ordered the Spiedino with her steak and the scallops tasted so fishy that she could not eat them. The desserts were fine. But seriously, why did they get rid of the best dessert ever? Dessert Rosa! So, extremely slow service, food not to par, two plates sent back and absolutely zero follow-up from management. Needless to say that we will drive a bit further and deal with the parking situation.

This place is new, well located with lots of parking spaces. The people working here are very nice, they run some specials time to time. The food is well elaborated while the menu is somehow limited, I wish they have more plates and options. The wine’s menu is average, they have 2 or 3 red wines at reasonable prices that can be drink… I’ll recommend this place for average budget family & friends get together, or a high cost«weekdays lunch»!

Those four stars are more like a 4.5 I really could not give it any less. Im so glad I now have a place very close home where I can go and enjoy a nice dinner without breaking my pockets. At first I was planning on going to the location on 72 St but after seeing that the main issue addressed in the reviews for the flagler location were related to the service I decided to look for a good server and skip the troubled parking you need to face when going to Sunset. Well, I found a good server: Brianna. So I asked for her and we all had a pleasant time while dinning at this chain restaurant. Again, I have to thank her for the successful night out. I am not normally a fan of chicken, but at Carrabas«Pollo» is a very tasty word: chicken BRYAN, or CHICKENTRIO; you wont be disappointed. We had il sogno di cioccolata for dessert and just like that: è stato un vero sogno, un sogno dolce. And my dad, the bd boy, loved his meal. Can’t ask for more

Oh Carrabbas !!! Where do I start ?? The bread here is delicious! My server Brianna was great and very knowledgeable of the products !! My food… I am so disappointed with my food, I got the Johnny which is a $ 22 dollar plate… It brings a small portion of sirloin Marsala and a small portion of chicken Bryan with a side. My side was the mash potatoes which were ok… My steak Marsala was ok. A little bloody for a medium well but I don’t really mind a bloody steak. What I do mind indeed is a bloody chicken!!! And that’s exactly how my chicken Bryan was BLOODY !! Uncooked basically raw chicken! My server was very apologetic and embarrassed she quickly got me a new chicken but unfortunately by this time I was full… I have actually heard of this uncooked chicken situation happening to several people in this location!!! Other than that my boyfriends pasta was ok in his exact works«it’s ok, I rather olive gardens» NOW !! The desserts here are ALL the BOMB! I had the sogno de chocolate with a scoop of ice cream !! And I can’t go back to order just that again lol :) So moral of the story: If you’re coming here just stay away from the chicken !!! Parking is very big and I had no wait !! Giving it 3 stars, 2 for the server, and the 3rd for the dessert :)

This was my first time in a long A. time and honestly was not what I remembered. Minestrone soup was blend, service was slow, appetizers came out really fast but entrees took a long time which I do not understand because we came towards the end of the night so people was leaving. I ordered the soup of the day«lentil» it was good, as appetizer we ordered the Scotty Thompson and was great!!! The manager is a Caucasian guy and he tried to communicate to us by signs, moving his hands… LOL … I guess it must horrible for him to work in that area, anyway the guy is pretty cool. So food, overall good overpriced but good Service slow Ambience really nice Staff very decent Management cool

I’m not usually particular about writing reviews on Unilocal.Yes I’ll do them when I get the chance to sit and organize my thoughts. Not today… What can I say? Okay. The mezzaluna in itself wasn’t bad. But when you order chicken parm, how can you not know that it comes served with pasta? Like, Hello!

Came here for dinner with a party of 6. My buddy did the call ahead thing, got a 30 min wait. I walk in 15min later and ask what the wait is, they say 35 min. I’m not understanding what the point is to call ahead seating? We left and went to PDQ.

Good italian food. Cesar salad was nice. We also had mussels and a great flatbread. Very nice surprise. Not your typical neighborhood franchise. Waiters were very helpful and friendly. Definitely will come back

In our first visit to the new Carraba’s location We ordered a chicken soup and risotto balls that took about 12 minutes to be served and the soup 10 minutes late was waterly and without noddles because they were run out of them. We spoke to Jason the manager who questioned us not allowing our complaint to be properly explained he was rude and obnoxious no apologies given He needs customers service training

Second time at this location which opened up Sept/Oct 2014. The first time it was ok but everything was extremely salty. Spoke with the manager who was very receptive to my comments. This time it seems they figures it out. Everything was really good! The lobster mac & cheese was delicious. Just needs more lobster but still very good. Also ordered the chicken Bryan and the filet spiedino both excellent. Both entrees paired well with the Pian D Nova Tuscan. Had the dessert Trio — that was awesome! The service was great. Stacey Rodriguez was our waitress she was excellent! Very nice and not pushy. Will definitely go back!

Deplorable.

A new Carraba’s to the Flagler area! Brand new and cozy, the staff here is working hard to impress. I’m not fond of chains but it’s good to walk into one and have great service and food. I like their happy hour specials.
