I bought sunglasses from this store two weeks ago. When I came for a pick up, they were not as I wanted as the sunglasses on the show. I told them the lenses are not the same as it should be. They said they would change the lenses as I requested (I only wanted the same as in the show). For a week, they called me for a pick up and there was a surprise. The sunglasses were the same without change. They said the lab couldn’t make it darker as in the show, if I want it darker, I have to pay $ 20 extra!!!
Well, that’s a shock for me because there is a conflict here. They said the lab couldn’t do it the same and then they said if I want it to make it darker, I need to pay $ 20! They tried to charge me as much as possible.
Well, if you were me, are you going to come to this store? Btw, there is another store in coral gables. Be careful!
