Chili’s Too

Best way to describe it is hit or miss. Sometimes you get what you ordered sometimes you don’t. Staff is friendly enough but sometimes won’t fix your problem. Food is microwaved most likely and is really salty. Only come here for the bar now which can get slow at peak times. Generally avoid.

Worley and smallest salads at school. I guess is my fault for trying to eat healthy at FIU.

I usually always have a good experience here. I did at first give this review a 1 star because I was frustrated but after explaining my self to the employees they were able to help the situation get better.

The food is on par with every other Chili’s I’ve ever been to, but the convenience and customer service of this particular Chili’s is outstanding!
I was with some friends on our lunch break and we decided to eat here. All of their food came out within 10 minutes or so and mine still hadn’t. I wasn’t upset or complaining, but the manager came out and brought me some chips and salsa and apologized for the inconvenience. Nice… haven’t experienced that in Miami at all!
The outdoor seating is really nice as well. Have to take advantage of the sun and warmth in January when the rest of the country is under a blanket of snow.
I think I’ll use the rest of the money on my ID here.
