My dream store!!! It’s like walking into Heaven. I had great customer service. I told him what I liked and he brought out many different pairs for me to try on and figure out which one I liked the best. Can’t wait to go back and get my second pair! It’s a lovely store with many options. If you’re into sexy and fashionable heels with a high price tag, go here. You’ll be in the Design District so check out the other amazing stores while you’re down there!

Horrible customer service. I arrived 15 minutes before closing and they refused to let me in, even though I knew the exact pair I wanted and was going to be in and out in less than 5 minutes! They said the register was already closed. Really!!!

Terrible customer service. Store didn’t have any customers inside and the Sales person didnt acknowledge me. Picked out a couple of shoes to try on and waited for him to help me and had to call him several times. At this point it was very clear he was too busy standing around doing nothing than to help me.

Maybe I am a tad spoiled because I have had the pleasure of shopping in the London, Paris, Los Angeles boutiques, and i live in NYC and have not just the boutiques but Saks and Bergdorfs to get my Louboutin fix. I don’t say this as a brag but more as a how dare the service at the Miami store be so awful? I wish I could remember the girls name that antically «helped me», but here is a brief description, she is of black ethnic decent, maybe 5’2 because she was my height wearing highnesses. Not only did she seem like she was doing me a favor, but when I showed her the email that was sent to me saying that the bag I wanted was availible in this location, and I was there to purchase it, she told me that the online personnel don’t know what they are talking about and she doubts they have it. She was so nasty that I had to ask if anyone else in the store could help me, and that is when I was passed off to the French woman with curly blonde hair, who let me say was better as far as understanding that all I want is to purchase something, I’m not looking for a best friend, and I have a personal shopper where I shop the most, and I’m not trying to just be in the Miami design district all day over one bag. In every Louboutin boutique and retailer, you are offered water, sparkling or flat, I was offered neither, I was so bothered by this that when I went to Hermes, which is a few stores down, I had to vent about it, not the water, the whole experience. I will have to find another place to purchase my Louboutins, but I am really surprised and disappointed with my experience.

Bought those cute boots. Went today to the store as the soles and heels of the boots that I wore approx 10 times are awfully damaged. I was hoping they would simply fix the shoes for me. To my biggest disappointment, no one wanted to help me, and they made it clear that they are not «shoe repair». I understand their point, but COME ON, this is a $ 1100 pair of shoes. Almost new. Not only are they the most uncomfortable shoes ever but the quality is extremely poor. Next time I’ll buy Steve Madden or any other cheap brand which lasts longer. What a shame for this brand. Totally overrated. CRAPPY shoes!

I was just in Miami for a business trip, and was thrilled to find out that miami has one of the Men’s Louboutin Boutiques! I went on a Sunday (yes, they’re open Sunday!!! Which none of the other stores in the design district were) and was so excited to see what the men’s exclusive store had to offer! To be honest, the selection didn’t seem like much more than a regular CL boutique. I was just in Chicago a month ago and stopped in the CL boutique on oak street, and I felt that the Miami mens location had the same amount of shoes displayed. Despite not having a lot of stock in my size, my sales associate Bernard was amazing! He was really nice, kept conversation and he even ran across the street to the regular CL boutique to grab some sizes for me! He didn’t pressure me into buying anything, and he was really great with his suggestions! He even gave me some tips for care and future repairs, because he owns the shoes I was buying. I ended up with a pair of dandy pik piks, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! Only 4 stars though, because the selection wasn’t all that impressive and they didn’t seem to have many sizes in stock. All around, good experience!

For such a high end boutique with maybe a dozen locations in the US, I would’ve thought things would be… more impressive. There is limited space, so if there are 3 or 4 people trying on shoes, things get pretty hectic.
I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and with 6 people trying on shoes, it seemed like a madhouse. The limited staff was trying their best to be attentive to everyone, but ended up ignoring others in the process.
It’s also strange that they don’t at least offer a bottled water given the south Florida heat. I know that sounds pretentious, but c’mon: it’s a store where shoes sell for thousands of dollars… they can spare the expense. Checking out seemed to take a really long time for some reason as well.
I don’t visit high-​end boutiques often, but I’ve had much better service from a department store.

These people dont know what good customer service is! I didnt feel welcomed at all nor helped, only thing they did for me was pulling the size i asked for. Something i noticed from all the employees. Even if your making a big purchase youre pretty much helping yourself here. If it wasnt because i could find this shoe anywhere else like saks or nordstrom, i would not come here.

Horrible customer service!
I would like to complain about your Miami location. The manager is very unprofessional. I called several times with no answer… After many attempts someone answered. This occurred before the store was scheduled to close. I was told specific shoes and sizes were available and they weren’t. After paying $ 100 for a cab and arriving at least 20 minutes before closing, the manager of the men’s and women’s locations told me I wasn’t allowed to come in. I explained my situation and the sales women I spoke with agreed to let me buy the shoes I asked about. Unfortunately they weren’t available (after I was told they were). I still spent $ 1150.25 on a different pair, but I’m furious with the lack of respect and professionalism by your employees.
I wear your brand and love your shoes but I am no longer going to support a company the treats its customers with such discourteousness.

Jillian is wonderful to work with. Besides helping me out to find a pair of Christian Louboutin that is sexy and also comfortable enough to wear, she also gave me space to think about it, talked thru with my husband and not feel the pressure to purchase anything that I wouldn’t wear. Thank you Jillian.

i’m writing this review a tad late, but better late than never. 2 years ago i purchased a $ 1700 CL shoe from this location. I’m not a fan of the staff, so hopefully when I go back tomorrow to buy another pair, their attitude is corrected. The first time I was there, i felt as if the staff was there «just trying to be nice.» first of all, to the staff: you are employees… remember that. You do NOT own the store, NOR do you own the Christian Louboutin brand. You are simply workers for the company. Got it now? good.
be VERY nice when I walk in tomorrow to buy a few pairs. i’m ultimately, in some meager form, paying for your salary. i honestly prefer purchasing right off the online boutique… try that instead!

Love the staff here! It was a little busy when I went and they were still getting me all the pairs I asked for and in different sizes. Very sweet and not snobby at all. :)

So I am reviewing based on ordering over the phone.
I live in Southern California and neither of the two boutiques near me had the shoe I was dying to have! I had looked at the Pigalle 120 for almost a year and every time I the money to buy them they were sold out online. So finally it occurred to me to see if I can order from another boutique. I lovely man at South COast Plaza told me Miami had the shoes!!! So I called to see about ordering them. The girl that helped me was very friendly and told me exactly how to fill out the form. I even had to call back a couple time to make sure I was doing it right (I’m not dumb just super cautious when it comes to expensive purchases, especially ones that sell out fast). She didn’t seem annoyed at all. I faxed them my order form and waited for some type of conformation. All I got was an email from my bank saying they charged my card. So the later that day I called the boutique and asked what was the status of my order, the same lady I’m assuming told me they were shipped that day. I was happy they moved in a timely fashion but an email to confirm this would have been nice. Also I got to tracking information (I am an avid package tracker, I literally will check everyday) or even how they shipped them. A couple days went by and still no shoes. Spending $ 699 on shoes I was getting worried. So I called the store and spoke with a man with the sexiest French accent! He told me they were on the truck for delivery and I would need someone to sign for them. This was also a little annoying they should have told me that when I first purchased them. Overall I had a pleasant experience and the shoes arrived beautifully packaged. They just need to send a conformation email and Tracking information and I would have given them 5 stars.

An update to my previous review:
* Different staff which are very rude (even when I walked IN with christian louboutin’s they were reluctant to help me). He tried to school me on the shoes (trust me, I don’t need you to lecture me on these shoes like a teacher). I asked for the name of the one shoe so that I could try it on elsewhere as they didn’t have my correct size and he barely even whispered it out. When I asked repeatedly what it was called after still not being able to hear what the heck he was mumbling, I finally asked him to spell it.
* No sizes anymore at all
* They DO have different lines than the ones sold in the department stores and I think that the line here is more higher end than the various shoes sold in department stores, but if they don’t have your size, what can you do? Especially since there are NO RETURNS.
— THERE ARE NOOOOOOO RETURNS at the Christian Louboutin store in the design district, NO exceptions. Honestly, you are better off buying Loub’s in a department store because they have more sizes BUT the design district store carries different lines so it’s worth a visit to check out.

Girls and shoes… What can I say?
Walking around the area, after our lunch, we decide to go in. Mostly girls in our group, of course we’re all into looking at heels.
The store is beautiful, and arranged for you to enjoy a good view of every shoe displayed. Unfortunately, the most we got from the people working there was a not-​so-​friendly «hello», and a quick over the shoulder Look from another of the employees, not really dressed to be working at a designer store.
I obviously can’t give the store a complete bad review since Louboutin has some of most amazing classic black pumps ever designed, and they had a beautiful (I want them now) pair in display right there but, stars had to be deducted for their unfortunate staff. Based on this I would go to Saks or Neiman Marcus where you can find designer shoes with better service.

Ultra sexy, ultra chic these shoes are a dream to all girls who love heels. I remember the first time I fell in love with Louboutin, it was a twine heel and platform patent leather red peep toe number. This was about 6 years ago and I have been stalking Christian for years.
Now we are honored to have one in the Design District and my favorite place to spend some time while I am waiting for my girl to meet with me after class.
I must say there are purses there to die for as well. I know they would make a great gift for a birthday, Christmas or even an Anniversary (are you reading honey?)

I’m a girl that loves shoes — big surprise! For the most part, I try to avoid browsing for higher-​end shoes, since I know I can’t really afford them. But I couldn’t resist checking out the Christian Louboutin boutique in the Design District.
And it sure didn’t disappoint. The store is designer in and of itself. The chandelier in the entryway is a sight to be seen, before you even get to the shoes themselves!
The shoes are artfully showcased, with each precious stiletto getting its own cubby-​hole on one wall of the store. The other walls showcase the goods in more traditional fashion. There are styles galore, and I could’ve easily picked up a pair or 6, if there wasn’t a little thing called cold-​hard cash getting in my way.
My friend who was along for the ride asked why on earth I would ever pay upwards of $ 800 for a pair of shoes. It’s the red sole, man, I told him. One of the most coveted designer labels on the market. One day. One day.

Putting even more DESIGNER into the Design District, Christian Louboutin.
The Miami outpost of this long loved and lusted after shoe cult has opened its doors in the same neighborhood as Marni, Tomas Maier, En Avance, and Y3.
Upon entering the store you’ll not the hanging sculptures and then slowly make yourself curve around the store. The décor is plush and welcoming, the staff friendly and yet reserved, striking a good balance based on client.
The shoes are as lovely as expected. Everytime I picked up a pair, my eyes would spot another fabulous must-​have. They styles are often simple and classic. The price range? I’d say if you’re lucky, $ 800‑1800. That’s an extra pretty penny.

the storefront itself is so chic — smoky full length glass which allows a shaded glimpse of the interior. there’s actually a gallerylike exhibit space that occupies the front entrance area — handy for the tricking of reluctant boyfriends, thus:
«look darling, doesn’t this gallery look interesting? shall we have a look?. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .*30 seconds later*. .. .. .. .. .. .. good heavens! what is this shoe store doing in here?!? I say — this is most unusual!. .. . perhaps there’s more art inside, let’s investigate!» (^(oo)~)
well, you know, CL shoes ARE art also! contemporary art! so you see, it’s all perfectly justifiable, IPHO (^(oo)^)v
the retail area itself is HUGE, probably about twice as much space as the Vegas store, and probably around 50−75% bigger than Madison. naturally, all the staff are super friendly and understanding, even when there’s a small easily excitable piggy tumbling underfoot, trying on all the display shoes, misplacing her own shoes haphazardly about the store and generally making a mess (^(oo)^)v
NB: all the mirrors in the store that border the gallery area are semi-​transparent, which means anyone standing in the gallery area can see thru them. .. so if you’re wearing a skirt, be careful when you’re trying on those OTK boots! piggy recommends venturing to the rear of the store, where there’s a bench seat on the right-​hand wall.
