The Eagles recorded parts of Hotel California here, Derek and The Dominos recorded The Layla album here, The Allman Brothers recorded the remainder of Eat A Peach here after Duane died.
Neil Young along with Stephen Stills formed THE STILLS/​YOUNG BAND and cut the Long May You Run album here. Black Sabbath recorded their 1980 masterpiece HEAVEN AND HELL with Vocalist Ronnie James Dio at the helm. AC/DC’s Highway To Hell was recorded here, and Lynyrd Skynyrd recorded here. At one time back in the 70’s/80’s and 90’s there was a Producer, now this guy was one of the best Record Producers in History, sadly he’s no longer with us, his name-​TOM DOWD. Tom Dowd basically ran Criteria at one point. A Production Genius, there will never be another Tom Dowd. Criteria and The Hit Factory in NYC have joined forces, so Criteria Studios is now called-​The Hit Factory at Criteria.
