One Low Price Dry Cleaners

This place is GARBAGE! Do not take your business to this horrible dry cleaner. I dropped off several items which they returned still dirty. You could tell they didn’t even clean the armpit area which still smelled like my deodorant. There were basic dirt marks still on the clothes, and they were returned basically wrinkles. The worst part was that try lost the belt that went with my $ 150 suit jacket. When I told them it was missing the owner told Me to look for it at home. Real jerks, bad customer service. With all the options in the area, do not choose this one. You will regret it.

I’ve used this business for several years and was generally pretty satisfied, especially regarding the prices. Didn’t mind having to pay in cash as the trade off. Of course, I always had to check my shirt collars before I left the premises as sometimes they had been pressed with creases, but they always did a «redo» without complaint. However, I went away for a week and didn’t know they had changed policies. Guess the low price model doesn’t work really well. First, they used to have a sign that increased the charge for a man’s business shirt from $ 1.49 to $ 3.49 for sizes over 18 neck. I didn’t see the changed sign which now raises the price for collars over 17, which is plainly unreasonable, and was charged the higher price. When I returned to pick up my 4 shirts and drop off one more, I was told of the new policy requiring dry cleaning in order to get the lower price. I rarely have dry cleaning so I’m now looking for a new laundry. It was good while it lasted but it’s over as far as I’m concerned.

the lady who works here is just plain RUDE and ANGRY, with a very bad attitude, as I asked for a price to launder 9 shirts. The lady was very bothered with that simple question. They have a sign on the window that says, «Mens shirts, $ 1.49» and that is all that the sign says, so I asked the price to be sure for 9 shirts to be washed and ironed. The price she quoted was $ 28.00, and she sneered as she told me that the sign is not correct, as you must bring in dry cleaning, and there is a 5 shirt limit per dry cleaning item. All of this took place in less than a minute with a giant frown on her face. Needless to say, I politely left without saying a word.

Cheap and good cleaning but don’t expect to get your clothing in a rush. If you need it sooner they will accommodate, but you pay for it and don’t expect to get any smiles here.

Dishonest, Business!
They cheated me and performed services without my permission and then held my property hostage. I’m reporting them to the better business bureau. Rude, dishonest, and nasty are the cleanest words I can use to describe them.

Dear One Low Price Cleaners,
Boy do you really mean low prices!!! We came here with 2 black garbage bags FULL of clothes. I thoguth for sure I was facing (easily) a couple of hundred dollars, just for dry cleaning. Not to mention that there were pants that needed hemming, which they always charge a pretty penny for.
In the end the totals were 29 men’s shirts, 1 blouse, 4 women’s pants, and 6 men’s pants (of which 3 pairs of pants needed hems). The total damage… 1 Benjamin Franklin. It’s not cheap, but its definitely NOT bad compared to some of the other dry cleaners around town.
They did a great job on the clothes and they only take a few days. We dropped this off on a Friday and it was ready on Tuesday (and they’re closed Sunday). The clothes were all pressed very neatly, cleaned well, and the hems came out perfect. I couldn’t have been more pleased! Not to mention its right next door to the house and in the same shopping center as Lots of Lox. WOOO! So we can drop off our dry cleaning and eat well!
